Description
. A short, dirty lumpy potato is here. No, wait, it is actually
a small svirfnebli woman, though it's hard to tell the differance
really. Dirty ruddy skin, tangled drab brown hair, and muddy brown
eyes, all make her look like she slept in the dirt.
. Her clothes are all shabby and frayed, badly patched only at the
largest holes and rips. The perfect camoflauge for laying in the
gutter to sleep, undisturbed.

A Strong, Authoritative Voice speaks:
. Yes, she has learned much, but that is to be expected, given her
background. She was born, yes, but to whom, and where, and why ? These are
not known to her. She only recalls living in the gutters, the squalor of
Galadon. She learned to steal, so she could eat, as many mongrels do, but it
was not 'wrong' to her, it was only what was to be done. Light and Darkness
mean nothing to her. Right and Wrong mean something, but it is not the same
as the general morality of the day. To her Right and Wrong have to do with
how people treat her. If they are nice, then they are Good. If they are mean
to her, then they are Evil.
. Simple, yes, but that is how most people see the world, in truth. Elves
that are not kind to the Giants of the Storm, would be thought less of by
those Giants. Evil ? No, but 'less good'. A Giant of the Fires that gives a
piece of bread to a starving Duergar, would be thought favorably of by the
same Dark Dwarf. Good ? No, but 'less evil', perhaps. That is how she sees
the world. Friends are those that are nice to her. Enemies are those that are
mean to her.
. Again, simple, but easily understood. She is not greatly intelligent, but
she is crafty, and wise in an uncommon way. The Thieves of Galadon never
asked her to join, never invited her, never welcomed her (until she had the
Gold), but she feels at home there among the other robbers, and those that
scrape a living. They didn't care how she looked, how she spoke, or how she
smelled. They cared that she had the know-how and craft to gather what was
needed, to be found worthy to walk the Guild. She knows nothing of her past,
so she has studied the names of those of her race who have walked the
Guildhalls before her, and has adopted herself to follow in their footsteps.
. Friends she has many, Enemies...none really, though she does not like
Orcs in the least. (But who does ? Not even other Orcs.) Though there are
some that seek her death, she knows not of their schemes. She is warry of
those that she does not know, but she is not unkind to them. She does not
Hunt, nor wish to hurt anyone normally, she only wants to live, and be liked,
and treated with kindness.

Another, softer, kinder voice speaks:
. She has earned the respect of her Guildmates. Become Elite in the Lists
is no small matter. Though most of her Gold came from one source, she has
been shown other, easier, and more plentiful pockets to find coin. These
methods are easier, and require less patience, as they do not require a
shopkeepers lockbox to be emptied. She still sees the Wisdom in selling the
gems, though, and using them to barter for other items. The future Kingpin
paid her a compliment, but hinting that she may know more of hidden, and
hard-to-learn things than he does, but she thinks he may have been teasing
her a bit.
. She knows that her knowledge is greater than most, though she still
downplays it innocently. She still sees herself as that little girl in the
gutter, rather than a maturing svirnebli woman, and may always see herself in
that way. Bregan called her 'little mouse' and she liked that, as it fit the
way she saw herself.
