Description
Short black hair surrounds this man's head in a thick bowl shaped cut. A
mustache of similiar look curls at both ends of his uppper lip. He often
plays with his mustache when lost in thought or explaining what HE believes
to be the most important thing in the world, his knowledge. When he glances
around his composure makes him appear unconcerned about his surroundings, but
a closer examination of his brown eyes shows that he is keenly interested in
anything even slightly out of the ordinary. A few runes indicating the
various elemental, inner and outer planes can be found on a few of his
artifacts and jewlery.

The beginning.

This man was born to a, not overtly rich, but well to do family of a
Galadonian estate. As a child Gyronalis always pretended to be hunting
something and exploring somewhere. He had a fascination with his treasure and
location hunts always being found lost somewhere, but with a smirk on his
face as if he had done something spectacular. As he grew in age his desire
and passion for exploration never faded and he hunted it out with a rather
large amount of admiration and vanity for himself, believing that he is and
always will be the best. The merest thought of someone else beating him to
his quarry of knowledge was unthinkable and detestable within his mind.
Often, though, his arrogance would be hidden inside if he had some specific
goal to achieve or lost himself in some new wonder. It was this craving for
the unknown that drew him to his profession as a conjurer. Simply no other
way of life has the ability to explore like a conjurer can, including the
posibility of other planes of existance.
On the subject of Gods.

Today Gyronalis felt the precenece of a divine entity lift his spirits and cause him to gain new found experiences. Gyronalis prayed in thanks believing even the divine lords take an interest in his personage, only further showing his vanity.
Big plans for science.

Research has gone well so far, much is left to be learned though. Many
fascinating things have been discovered in my archeaological studies. Though
I find myself worried about the lack of any institutes where scholars and
other learned individuals and study and collaborate in peace. I believe it is
my cause to form and build a facility and organization where such activities
can flourish for the good of the world, or personal endeavors. As long as
knowledge is sought, all would be welcome. Only though diverse ideas and
learning can true knowledge be attained. I will be at the forefront starting
with an event I will hold at the Inn, the Theran Science Forum. It will be a
start to something great I hope.
The First Theran Science Forum

The first Forum appeared to be a success for the most part. Many showed up,
though only a few participated. Gyronalis believes this was caused by the
lack of time before the forum when the first missive went out and perhaps the
day. As such he has changed the day and is having a missive sent out a week
in advance. The forum is a good start to his goals of gathering members to
build a Tower for Scholars to research and study in and be protected within.
After the Forum, Gyronalis also spoke with the Lady Soucivi about seaking one
of the Gods of knowledge for guidance in his goals. The decision will be a
heavy one and will need much research, but he intends to do so. Perhaps with
the guidance and favor of a Lord, Gyronalis will be able to move even more
forward with his plans for the Tower. Soucivi also suggest finding builders
and such for the Tower. Where these can be found is a question, however
funding should not be an issue with the amount of scholars who would be
willing to help him with the costs.
