Description
A slender mage stands before you. He is garbed in a strange black catsuit
which clings to his lithe frame. The catsuit is made from the skin of a
black aboleth and is covered in fine silvery scales. It is evident he wears
protective armors under the suit by the slight ripples in the fabric. The
mage's head has been shaved bare and the entire surface of his scalp is
covered in intricately designed tattoos. They trail off down the back of his
neck and depict images of water and the creatures found within.The mage's
eyes are silvery and devoid of pupils. They give him a cruel appearance of
an eel. He bares no visible weapons yet possesses the calm demeanor of a
predator. Confident in his craft he exudes a sense of dread.

Harkan has begun to gather many more life essences from willing people.
Good, evil, it maters not, there seems to be an unlimited supply of those motivated
by greed. The people who give Harkan their will and soul, and left missing a
tiny part of their essence. Harkan is hoarding the deep breath essence of his victims.
He is planning to feed them all to the Black Leviathan to gain the legendary
creatures favor. Harkan is convinced that the abomination fish is a demon from the
blackest pits of the oceans. He must prove himself worthy if the creature is to even
regard him. Harkan has seen small signs of it but has yet not been face to face.
And so, the fools continue to throw their lives at his feet, guiled by lies and a smooth word.
