Description
Standing merely three foot tall this svirfnebli looks rather muscular for his
size. He has light grey skin with a few scares on his forearms and a long one
running down his left cheek. His head is mostly bald save for a few stray
white hairs. He is wearing an oversize black cloak around his body that he
uses to try and hide most of his possesions. At another glance you see...

Inverdan comes from a very poor family. He is an only child and never had
much growing up. His parents struggled just to get by and feed the family.
Inverdan tried to never complain because he knew that his parents where doing
everything they could for him. So he just accepted the fact that his things
weren't as nice as what the other svirfnebli children had.
As Inverdan got older he decided that he didn't want to see his parents so
misserable any more so he decided that he would go out on his own in search
of wealth. His parents tried to stop him. They were afraid that he wouldn't
be able to make it out on his own, but he insisted that he wanted to go and
see all of Thera and to change the way that he has lived thus far. He
promised his parents that he would not forget them and that one day he would
return to them and bring with him gifts and gold and told them they would
never had to beg again just so they could eat. After seeing that there was no
way to change Inverdan's mind his parents said their goodbyes and gave him
all the copper that they had so he could have something to help him in the
begining.
Inverdan left the caves and started off on his own. He put the copper that
his parents gave him into a pouch tied to his waste and tucked it under his
cloak. He wasn't sure where he was going as he had never ventured far from
the caves before. But he was determined to make it on his own. As he traveled
along the roads he did his best to stay in the shadows and not draw any
attention to himself. Along his route he found The Inn of the Eternal Star
where he stopped off to rest. When he sat down near the bar Olin came over
and offered him a drink. Inverdan gracely declined as he didn't have much
copper for drinks. But Olin insisted that he have a beer and a steak. After
his meal Inverdan sat there talking with Olin for a bit when he overheard
some other customers talking about this guild of Thieves in Galadon. After
evesdropping for a bit Inverdan said his goodbyes to Olin and headed off
again. He started making his way to Galadon. The whole way thinking about
what he heard the customers talking about. This group of thieves seemed to
have much wealth. That is just what he is after, so he decided to find this
guild and see if they would be willing to help him achive it as well. Once he
got to Galadon it wasn't hard to find people that knew of the guild of
thieves and told him that he could find it down by the river. He started
walking down by the river and it wasn't long before he found the guild. And
that is when it all began...

Dear Mom & Dad
Sorry I haven't wrote to you since I left home. Things have been going really
well for me. I now live in the city of Galadon and have become a member of
the Thieves guild here. It wasn't easy for me to come up with the dues to
join when I first started out, but with everything they've been teaching me
its getting easier to get coins. I know this might not be the life you had in
mind for me, but I am loving what I do. Practicing these new tricks I'm
learning isn't always easy...but the rewards are really nice. I have also had
some time to travel Thera and see some really wonderful places. I never knew
just how much was out there to see. I have heard stories from other people's
travels and they just sound so great that I can't wait to explore them for
myself. Some of them, I've been told, even have loads of Gold which I would
just love to get my hands on. My coffers aren't overflowing just yet...but
someday I hope they will be. And as I promised when I left I will be sure to
visit one day to share my wealth with you both. Well, there is lots of work
to be done so that is all for now. I will write again later.
