Description
Darkness hangs like a curtain around this individual, subsiding only
briefly, allowing you a glance of the man within it. Beneath the robes
hood, dark red eyes glow narrowing at the presence of others: an
expression of a cold hatred. A headband circled his forehead, adorned
with a dark blue opal twisting with unnatural magical powers. He looks
like he does a lot of traveling, with dusty, well-worn boots and a creamy
cloak beneath. An array of weapons line his belt in various kinds of
sheaths. A tome is held about his waist by a cord, from which also
hangs an empty flask and a small pouch. He seems to have led a rough
life thus far.
Role
Moving towards the Throne.

I've spoken with the Shadow Lord, as i've learned that he shared the
same belief as the High Priest, that Urog must be thrown from the
seat of the Emperor. I planted the seeds in him, that he should begin
to use his influence as a Shadow Lord and gather information on where
the War Master and Dread Lord stands in these matters.
I can almost reach out for the Seat in the council, as if the High
Priest is named Emperor, so i shall be High Priest, and if the Shadow
Lord claims the seat, he had no questioning about throwing out the
existing council and begin to build a new one. One where i am to
to sit at the Council.
Grapping the powers from the Arcane

Today the heavens opened again, words spread out through thera that
a new sphere was cast from the heavens and had hit the ground new
the large crossroads of Eastern Road. Everyone rushed there, the
Citizens of the Empire, the villagers, the outlanders.
A huge battle began, the village suffered greatly in this as two of
their men fell to the High Priest, the Shadow Lord and me.
While we where fighting the village, the Outlanders took advantage
and searced for the sphere that fell of the heavens. First it was
seen in the hands of Karrel, then later it was seen lying in the Refuge
so again, i called upon the Citizens and we gathered in Arkham and
rushed to the Refuge, only to find it empty. We opened it and rushed
in to the Ancients and took the sphere upon the ground.
We withdraw and took it to the Palace when Lord Khasotholas came
to me, and granted me his blessing only to disappear again.
I headed to the Shrine that i often find peace in, followed by the
Citizens, the Shadow Lord and the High Priest when Khasotholas came
to us and said we should learn what we could from the Councilor
and that if he held no information or would not give us any, he was
to be killed. The Councilor kept secret about his plans for the spheres
and began an attack upon me, an attack that lead to his downfall.
Duo to our Great Faith in Lord Khasotholas, and our strength in Order
we defeat him, only to claim another Sphere from his corpse.
The Father of Anger then came down to us, asking what was going on
and we told him. He trusted the High Priest with one of these spheres
and me with another.
The Shadow Lord stole the spheres when we prayed for Lord
Khasotholas to guide us. The shadow Lord belived higher in me than
in the High Priest, and he gave me the two spheres so that i could
guard them with my life.
When receiving this burden or blessing depending on how you look at
it, i was instructed by the High Priest and Shadow Lord not to take
any chances regarding my life, and so it is that even im named
Defiant Protector of the Palace, i shall keep my life more sacred
for as long i hold these spheres.
Change of power

Izuaki watched his Emperors change of mind, first the declaration
of war upon the village, then he declared War upon the Spire as
as well. And one day, when the Emperor had died he demanded a sword
from Izuaki, and 10 gold. Izuaki never questioned his Emperor and
gave him the things requested without question. Yet the Emperor
then demanded him to dance, in which Izuaki refused as he told the
Emperor, he will obey any order issued to the benifit of the Empire
and of the Emperor, but not something for just the Emperors en-
joyment,
Time has come to move towards the Throne. After speaking with the
High Priest of her believes, Izuaki pushed her forward so that she
would take the throne, thus leaving an empty seat in the Divine
sect.
Izuaki assured the High Priest that the shadow Lords approval might
be gained, as the Shadow Lord Shanta had declared his loyalty and
dedication towards Lord Khasotholas.
Bargain with Lord Scarabaeues Sacer

Izuaki approached the Dark Lord once more, as he saw the fact that he
was still alive as a sign that the Dark Lord was still pondering his
offer. A deal was made, Izuaki would be welcomed at the gates of Hell
if the corpse of Lariya was offered to the Dark Lord, or the Dark Lord
would claim an offer among the group that was assambled to travel into
the abyss. Izuaki would kill in the name of Lord Khasotholas, and offer
some of the souls of this kill to the Dark Lord Scarabaeus.
The Shadow Illiet

Today information usefull to Izuaki came at his hands. The Shadow
Illiet told him about the War Masters thoughts of the Emperor and
his breaking of agreements. It seems like the War Master wishes to
unseat the Emperor as well. The information where passed to the
High Priest and Lord Khasotholas by missive, as Izuaki still not
had the power and authority to make an attempt to unseat the Emperor
witch is why he keeps pushing the Shadow Lord and High Priest in
the direction of taking the steps to unseat the Emperor.
The finding of Urog's razor

After having displeased the High Priest, and demoted Izuaki was angry
Then at a fight in the Chasm, the Emperor lost his Razor that was
given to him by the Lords, Dreaa took it, and put it in a fire Chamber
so Izuaki offered the Emperor his help as the first before
the Emperor told his Empire, that the bowels of hell with scream
in a feast as the anathema will begin to arrive.
Izuaki found the razor hidden in a Fire Chamber near Akan, found
it where no other sects had found it. The Emperor promoted Izuaki
again after that Divine inspiration that was show the rest of
the empire.
Growing in faith

Today the wrath of Lord Khasotholas convinced a warrior that the oath
was perhaps the only way to escape it. Even he is not of darkness, nor
light, he wants to seek out the Shrine of Lord Grurk to make him give
the oath he wants.
Those Izuaki have convinced so far through death, has only strengthend
his spirit.
The name of the warrior who was guided towards Lord Grurk is Fess.
Lord Scarabeaus, Whisperer in the Darkness

Ealier this year i saw the Lich Lord watching from the heavens. I thought
of a gift to him as i must keep on good terms with this great dark
God if i ever have a chance to see the abyss. To travel the nine circles
of hell, and to conquere them all. I prayed for the Lich Lord, and
soon the earth trembled as he entered the dark shrine in witch i stood.
He seemed pleased as i gave him the nightmare blade, told him how nightmares
came to those who would oppose me, and told him of my interest of travelling
the circles of hell once i stood at the top of my sect.
He seemed pleased, yet i dare not approach him again, before i have
spoken about this with Lord Khasotholas.
The High Priest Mlyarir

I was inspired today by the High Priest. I was told that once i reached
the 30th circle of guild, she would promote me once more as i had done
a fine job collecting donations and slaying our foes.
Once the guildmaster was pleased enough with me, she promoted me and
told me i was her hope, and that i was the one of our sect that she
belived in. My only concern is however if my Lord Khasotholas is as
pleased as the High Priest, i have prayed for him often yet only silence
is heard. Even though i only hear silence in my prayers, i know he is
watching and so far must have been pleased as i feel his powers run
through my veins like a wild river.
The Lords powers are great indeed, i shall not fail him and shall seek
to bear his mark soon enough, the mark of the Hornet.
Aiding in the strengthning of the Empire

Earlier this week, i spared the life of two young shadows, a drow named
Thento, and a assassin named Cerramor. Both where trembling with fear
when they was plagued, blinded and faced the wrath of Lord Khasotholas.
I spared their life, and send them to the newly pronounced Shadow Lord
Shanta. I shall seek more people to take the oath, perhaps spare their
life if they accept.
Order

Order is many things, Izuaki belives order is a way of life and that every
decisition you make, should reflect your beliefs. He sees no reason to
ever lie becuase such thing isnt very orderly in his eyes and are frowned
upon by him. Order may be reflected in many things - from the way you
fight, to the way you speak and react. Its hard to say what defines
orderly way of life, at least for a duergar of such young age but things
comes to those who keep their faith high.

Password: towards his position of
power. Soon after his birth, Izuaki was taken to the prisons and was
held in captivity there for all of his younger years.
He never understood why his family was frowned upon by the King, but one
thing was clear, and it was that Grenlath didnt wanted any of his family to
walk around. Sitting there in the prisons made Izuaki turn towards prayers
in order to survive. His father was a warrior by heart he knew, but that
was about the only thing he knew of him. His mother a priestess giving
healing to those wounded in the constant battles against intruders.
Izuaki took the best of his mother and father and tried to live out
their ways of living in order to honor them in some way.
While sitting in meditation one day, Izuaki thought of how to escape
- a daring plan that would take planing and preparations but Izuaki had
all the time he needed.
One day when the food was served, he slipped his hands into the pocket of
the slavemaster, and grabbed the key while he bumped into him making
him drop the plate with food and thereby draw his attention elsewhere.
It was a success even Izuaki never had learned to pick any pockets.
While the slavemaster was reaching for his whip to hit Izuaki, he ran
for the door, closing it right in front of the slavemaster and locked it.
He was free - at last.
