Description

An arial humanoid is standing before you, a pair of an enrapturing, blood-flecked ivory wings spread into full extention to expand to nearly four times the size of his lean form. Beset with the head of a sharp-eyed falcon, his beak appears to have a jagged edge to it, a mark it can rip apart flesh with ease. He is tall for an arial at nearly seven feet tall should his feet touch the ground, the air about him is a martial one, a creature which has clearly seen a great deal of combat.

Role

The Bastard

Born as the bastard son of a Captain in the Royal Guard of
Arial City, from the age of birth the life of Jerrokrar was
already fated into misery. His mother killed at childbirth
and his father unwilling to claim him as a legitimate son,
Jerrokrar grew up as a dredge and a rogue in society, doing
anything and everything to survive with some modest comfort.

He performed his first armed robbery at the age of seven,
by nine he had committed his first murder and by twelve he
was extensively abusing both pipeweed and alcohol and any
other illicit substances he could get his hands on. Things
would take a turn or the better when he would be caught and
forced into service with the Battlement Guard of Arial City,
to watch over the horizons for any invading armies.

Service for three years with the Battlement Guard would
leave a sense of wanting as young Jerrokrar would stare
out at the stars late at night, pondering and wondering
what he wanted out of life. Packing up his things, he
would take his trusty halberd and swords, making out for
the great cities of Thera in search of honing his skill
as a warrior and finding meaning to his existance.

The Bloodoath

Deciding after walking for a few years in Thera to enlist with
the Empire of Darkness and swearing a bond binding his soul to
what is called the Imperial Codex through a Bloodoath, Jerrokrar
has sworn through the Bard known as Canatalion to serve the Empire
faithfully as a soldier and servant to the Great Empress known as
Gvantulak.

Raiding small villages and waylaying merchants on the roadsides
of Thera acquired Jerrokrar enough in donations to earn him merit
and advancement to the rank of a Sheathed Blade. He now seeks to
earnestly prove himself to the loyal soldiers of the Empire, to
learn from them and there combat abilities, tha he might one day
seize a cut for himself.

Ten years later

Added Sat Feb 5 02:11:24 2011 at level 50:

Time has been spent for Jerrokrar earning many enemies and
friends, and assessing each of them under a critical eye.
He has decided that what was once a dream could soon be
reality as the competition amidst the Blade Sect to which
he calls his own has shown itself to be lacking. With a
competent War Master and Council which he would much 
rather have overthrown and elected anew, Jerrokrar presses
to find ways to not only appease the Lords of Empire, but
his own dark and sinister plans. 

Knowing only that he wants complete an d totalitarian 
control without a mortal voice to compete against, the
dark arial warrior thirsts for all he believes is due to
him and will go about and do anything required to acheive
it. Outside the Empire he has particular fondness towards 
the svirfnebli Sherys of the Blood Tribunal along with a
marked minstrel known as Dymon to whom many an Imperial
soldier have a stake in killing. Grimkral of the Nexuns
has proven a loyal and competent ally as well, but the
truth in this relationship is poised to greedier intention
as the dwarf often sharpens and hones the weaponry of the
Imperial soldier to keen effects. 

He has a particular dislike towards most all Outlanders
and Warriors of the Fortress, except for an acolyte of
the same race as he known as Thwrerriop. He despises the
brutal and guerilla tactics they employ and believes it
is they who cause the root of such tactics being so openly
put to use in Imperial strategies. He has a particular
fascination with fighting those of the Village as well,
relishing to do so in single combat, as he claims, so as
to truly test himself. He particularly is inclined to
attack Commander Ghrimriddor, Throthgar Ratga, and Gloomp,
and will often to do on sight. He has a had long rivalry
with a svirfnebli known as Bigri, facing off against him
in battle and ending his life a few times now.
