Description
Taller than most of her kin, this duergar is also less wide, standing
just shy of five feet tall, but of almost human width. A black sheen
rises from her dark skin and it seems a smoldering coal was placed
into each of her eyes. Below lays a long beard, tied in places to make
it easier to handle. The body, thinner than you expected, is nonetheless
fit and firm, with obvious evidence of physical training. Likewise the
clothing shows obvious care, strewn about with both martial and holy
paraphenalia. Taking a quick glance up and down it is clear that
Role
Quevea

Quevea becomes difficult. She makes unreasonable demands, saying when I was near death
"you can still swing an axe, go fight." She is losing my respect. I think she sees
up and coming strong divines and she is afraid. As she should be. But if she continues
to make such absurd comments and chaotic whims, I will need to step up plans to have
her replaced.
Becoming High Priestess

With the second stage of her plan complete - being made the High Priestess - Jhishesh
now turns her attention to the next task. She has dedicated her life to the Empire, and that
dedication is true, but it is also true that the dedication is part of her ultimate
plan to return to aran'gird in strength and slay the king, and make the city a fiefdom
of the Empire. Jhishesh now will work to convincing the Emperor and her fellow sect leaders
to embark on such an engagement.
As to the Emperor, Jhishesh is loyal. Without something greatly changing the situation,
she will not support a coup. She is fine with his leadership, so long as he remains as
he always has.
Lastly, she now also focuses her attention on the Hydra Lord, for she has achieved what
he requied, and hopes she has earned his continued approval.

Displaced from all that she knows, Jhishesh has been banished from Aran'gird.
It happened when she discovered a schoolmaster, a priest of Jullias, accepting
a bribe to advance another student, a student who was far less accomplished
than Jhishesh or the others. Corruption is not knew in Aran'gird, but it
is frowned upon when done in such a shoddy manner, and certainly when you
are the victim. So, going to the Chief Priest of the city, she spoke the truth
and sought proper judgment. Sadly, the Chief Priest laughed and told her
she reached too high and the priest she reported happened to be a cousin of
both himself, and of the King. Therefore, she is now disgraced and banished.
She now looks to find, or create, a world where such judgments are set with
the truth, not with relations, where order will rule, even if it is a harsh, angry order.
