Description
Jurysvina has a slender but sturdy build, his pale skin crisscrossed
by a network of prominent blue veins. Long, stark white hair falls
over his shoulders, framing a face dominated by solid black eyes
that lack any discernible iris. Strips of tattered, greyish cloth
are wrapped tightly around his limbs and torso like burial
bandages, leaving only his thin, spider-like fingers exposed.
Heavy metal rings glint on nearly every digit, drawing attention
to his elongated hands. His pointed ears peek through his snowy
locks. A dark metal blade is held in his hand, its surface etched
with jagged runes that emit a faint, cold light.
Role
The echo of the silent tombs

Born under the sign of loss in the streets of Galadon, Jurysvinas life
began with a final breaththat of his mother. Fate, unsated, took his
father at the hands of savages before the boy could even commit his image to
memory. With no ties to the world of the living, he was taken in by the only
figure who did not fear solitude: the city gravedigger.
While the other children of Galadon played under the sunlight, Jurysvina grew
amidst cold granite and upturned earth. Gravestones were his first toys and
epitaphs, his first books.
For years, the boy spoke to the silence. He confessed his fears to the
statues of weeping angels and told stories to the bodies descending into
their graves. To him, death was not an end, but a state of absolute
stillness. Until, on a night of dense fog, the silence answered back.
At first, they were merely vibrations in the cold air. Then, frigid whispers
that seemed to emanate from within his very bones. His initial terror gave
way to a somber realization: the dead had not departed, they were simply
waiting for someone who knew how to listen. He kept this gift as a sacred
secret, for he knew the "living" of Galadon would never understand the purity
of decay.
The voices did not ask for gold or vengeance, but for knowledge. "Study the
transition," they commanded. "Understand what separates us and what unites
us."
Jurysvina became a scholar of necromancy and negative energiesnot out of
greed, but out of duty. His body began to reflect his proximity to the
beyond: his skin grew pale, his veins became rivers of ice, and his eyes,
once human, turned into black abysses to better peer through the Veil.
Joining the Black Sect was a vital step in his evolution. Within the Empire,
he found the structure necessary to transform his morbid curiosity into
absolute power. As Leader, he seeks to learn even more about the cycle of
life and death, and to ensure that more students of the dark arts engage in
the battle against the Empires enemies. Few possess such courage, for they
know they must be strong to face battleragers, savages, and marans, often
all at once.
Jurysvina has faced many failures, yet he remains steadfast. His goal is to
become something even more powerful in this world, and he has already taken
several monumental steps toward that end.
From Galadons Chaos to Balators Watch

Jurysvina, the Empires Dread Lord, bears the scars of countless battles.
Amid glorious victories and bitter defeats, he has come to understand that
each confrontation is merely a step on his true path to ascension: the
absolute mastery of necromancy to transcend mortality and become a mummy. For
years, Galadon, the great neighbor to the Mausoleum, was his refuge. However,
his presence did not go unnoticed. Relentless enemies, driven by the desire
to sow chaos and defy Order, began to stand guard at his magical return
points. The streets of Galadon became the scene of constant ambushes, forcing
the lord to make a strategic move. Currently, Jurysvina has established
itself in Balator. Situated on the route between the vast Hamsah Mutazz
and the heart of the imperial lands, this village offers ideal proximity to
the Palace, allowing for a lethal and immediate response to any threat that
dares to challenge the Empires sovereignty. Under the Emperors direct
orders, Jurysvina is dedicated to the Empires expansion. He tirelessly
seeks warriors whose strength and honor are worthy of serving the throne,
though the scarcity of valiant souls has made this mission a heavy burden.
Between recruitment and delving deeper into the dark arts, the Dread Lord
balances his priorities: at times, he withdraws to strengthen his mystical
power, for he knows that, to defend the Empire perfectly, his mastery over
the darkness must be unquestionable.
