Description
Before you is an elf with delicate skin of an unusually
fair complexion. The elf is slender and taller than
average humans in body type but seems very graceful.
The hair is grayish in color that ends in the middle of
the back. A tuft of hair in the middle of the forehead
has turned white as if after severe concentration. The
face is long and shines brightly with emerald-green
beady eyes. Long pointy ears that sticks out of the gray
hair on the side. Elongated nose perched perfectly on
the ruby-red proportionate lips. Signs of youth and
concentration required for holy studies can be seen on
the broad forehead.
All over the body, many faded symbols can be seen.
As if magically, some symbols come to life, shine
brightly and then fade away as never to be seen.
Role
Brief History
Added Thu Jul 29 01:14:58 2010 at level 9:
Kakola was born in a poor elven family. She was the
youngest of the litter. Before her father started his
family, he was a guard in the Darsylons army. Often
running on missions to rescue the elves from all over Thera.
He installed the training of warrior in all his children.
Kakolas mother also knew how to use a sword.
When the children started to grow, it became harder
on the father to support them. His wife started to work
to support the family. But the burden of debt just grew
with each passing day. The grocer kidnapped the eldest
child of the family in hopes of getting his money. After
the father paid the debt, the grocer sold the child to the orcs.
Kakolas father slew the grocer in rage.
Father
Added Thu Jul 29 01:15:33 2010 at level 9:
During the trial, the father was blamed for all the crime.
Even though the grocer was at fault for selling an elf
child to the orcs, orders of death were issued for the father.
Having spent many moons as a prison guard, the father
escaped from the prison. He ran from Darsylon and
ended-up in Hamsah Mutazz. Because of his exceptional
sword-fighting skills, he became a mercenary.
He robbed the good people of Thera whom he once protected.
In few short months, he collected more wealth than the
richest of thieves.
Mother
Added Thu Jul 29 01:16:11 2010 at level 9:
As an honor to the services provided to the royal family,
Kakolas family was reimbursed for 10 moons worth of
expenses. Even then, the money only covered basic necessity.
Mother started to take on more and more responsibilities
to supplement the pension.
One eve, one of the Masters of the Elite Houses raped
mother in drunken stupor. The case was brought to the court.
But being the nobility, he got away from all of it by paying
some gold pieces to the mother. Those gold pieces were
more than income brought to the house in 3 moons.
To support her family, the mother became a prostitute.
A high class prostitute who was also a talented singer
and a beautiful dancer.
Education
Added Thu Jul 29 01:16:44 2010 at level 9:
The royal family decided to educate Kakola in the ways
of history. Kakolas was not very interested in the events
of the past. She wanted to study about different gods
and their philosophies. Often she could be found hiding
behind temple classrooms listening to many lectures.
The lectures on Light & Order were very influential in
shaping the mindset of Kakola. She volunteered in many
mock battles. She showed great capabilities in swordsmanship.
After few winters, she was included in the theology
classes which were reserved only for the descendents
of the royal lineage.
Move
Added Thu Jul 29 01:18:17 2010 at level 9:
One early summer, a messenger arrived with a letter
bearing the royal seal of Seantryn Modan. It described
the wish of the Queen to move the family to Seantryn
Modan. The wish of the Queen was taken very seriously
even by the royal family. In 3days the family moved all
their belongings to Seantryn Modan.
The move was devastating for Kakola because earlier
that year she was finally inducted in the Knight Crusader
guild. The guild which tempered its students as Holy
Warriors. The warriors who defended with their lives
and healed the wounds when needed. The holy warriors
who drew their power from the blessings of their deity.
The mother tried to give up her ways, but the luxury
and money was not enough. Mother ran back Darsylon
to her prostitution lifestyle. The oldest daughter ran with
a wealthy merchant. Kakola boarded a ship and joined
the Paladin Guild in Galadon.
Lessons of the Past

- Lord Marcatis is eternal. None can change this fact.
- Under the guidance of the Lord, none can go astray.
- Oath to uphold the Paladin Code has been finalized.
- Lord and Code are more important than the life itself.
- Money is needed at times, but too much of it makes a man weak.
- Friends are good to have. Much can be deduced from the type of friends
- Begging shows disrespect to the gifts of the Lord.
- Give away the spares as those can be used to eradicate the darkness.
- Intelligence should be used to decide all factors except Lord & Code.
- A sword and a shield is all you need.
- All has right to fair justice.

Dear Diary,
I started this phenomenon recently to write my journey
through adventures of this life and the talks with my Lord.
Maybe this way I can keep track of all things going on.
This may give me closer that I may seek.
So, lets start in the beginning. I did not have anything
to say up till I talked with Lord Marcatis. My life has
been taking molds before I supplicated in his name.
But once I met him at this place of resting, I started to
realize the error in my ways and how I can achieve
better for myself.
I started to feel his blessings run through my veins
after we first spoke. It started with to feel little
faintness cover my body momentarily and then
numbness took over. I was told by the others of
the guild that I will feel some exhilaration when
I feel the Lord hands on me. The feeling I experience
was better than I can describe in words.
From that day onwards, I cared only to please the Lord.
His smile made me happy and his frown made me
scared. I lived underneath my Lord`s mercy and I
prayed his reverence every waking moment. When
mentioned the words `Thank you` for the healings
dispensed, I reply `You should thank Lord Marcatis
and I am just dispensing his blessings of you.`
I followed each and every step of the Lord. Elven Lord
of the Blood Tribunal. So I enrolled in the Academy
of the Tribunals. Passed it with flying color and was
assigned to Seantryn Modan. For the first time in my
life, I had to take orders from a darkling human invoker
of Elements (Provost Arkellin). But then again I realized
that if the Lord has allowed him to lead the Magistrates,
then I should not hesitate to take orders from a darkling.
Thats all for now.

Dear Diary,
50 years has passed since. Learning the duty has been
hard for me. I have to serve along side with the dead
raiser and stealer of souls. And take order from the
Provost. He seems to be more hostile towards the light
than it is necessary. He steps out of town and hunts
all lightwalker even if they are not warranted by the law.
The Provost has recently transferred a Dead Raiser
from Seantryn Modan directly to Galadon. It is very
odd that something like this has occurred, as I was told.
Usually more experienced Magistrates are transferred
to Galadon once they have enough experience. But
then again I cannot challenge the words and actions of
the Provost.
I still await my change in assignment. Hopefully it
comes soon. Even though the salt laden air has been
nice to me, but I wish I am closer to some interaction.
My study and conversation with the Lord is going excellent.
I have been blessed with Gifts of Retribution by the Lord.
I still wish to make sure my defenses are in such better
shape that I become a rock of defense for those I protect.
But I accept what I receive as his mercy.
On numerous occasions I have defeated the Huntress
of the Outlanders. She held the Scales of Justice and
we had to retrieve it. I brought that huntress to her
knees till she offered to return the scales. Beaming
with pride I would return to my jurisdiction. I had to
protect and heal the Captain many times when we
were assaulted by the Outlanders.
Thats all for now.
Year 289

Dear Diary,
Few months earlier I saw a dead raiser assault a war
weary storm giant in the spire. Sensing the trouble
of the giant, I started to heal his wounds. The Dead
Raiser Magistrate assaulted me directly. Fortunately
for the dead raiser, the Vindicator was at the Spire Pit
and rushed to investigate why I was yelling. Magistrate
Svuusk, assigned to Galadon, also rushed to see what
was happening.
As I said earlier, I was assaulted by another Magistrate.
I informed Magistrate Svuusk and the Vindicator about
what happened and they ordered the dead raiser to
explain himself. The necromancer did not reply and
disobeyed direct orders of a senior Magistrate and the
Vindicator. Magistrate Svuusk, the Vindicator and I
sent a scroll to the Provost and Lord Marcatis.
While I was at the shrine of the Lord discussing my
education, I tried to discuss the matter of the Spire
with him. Lord mentioned that he will let the Provost
take action first. And I understood his point.
The Provost woke up few days later and changed my
assigned city to Seantryn Modan from Hamsah. He
mentioned that Necromancer and I were assigned to
Seantryn Modan. He mentioned that by my healing
the giant, I tried indirectly to accost my fellow
Magistrate`s life and would receive the punishment
accordingly. Provost is my superior officer and the
leader of the spire, so I did not argue with him.
What I did not understand and still do not understand
is if I indirectly tried to make a Magistrate fall, then
the fate of the dead raiser should have been rather
different. He actually assaulted me and then disobeyed
two direct orders (Vindicator and Magistrate Svuusk orders).
But the punishment remains the same.
I did not discuss this matter further with the Lord. I
have been present at my duty at a regular basis. I
have been learning faster to be a good priestess of
the Lord. I still have to present myself and speak with
the Lord of my understanding of the standards.
It has been harder for me to serve under the provost
who favors the people of the darkness than people
of Light. But I will make sure that I become the best
example to all Paladins who may wish to serve in the
spire. I have to make sure what injustice happened
to me does not happen to others. I plan to rise above
all and get a prominent position in the spire that help
dictate the actions taken. One cannot just bypass laws
to fit their need. I need to become the Justiciar.
Thats all for now.
