Description
Grace and poise are reflected in every movement of this languid elf.
A dark mane of hair cascades from the top of his head, held together
behind his head with a carved wooden tube bearing the mark of the phoenix.
His pale, ivory skin glows luminescent against his dark eyes and hair,
and the soft green of his eyes complements him very well.
His thin, dark lips are pursed in stoic concentration, and constantly
murmuring incantations he is bent on perfecting.
His robes are of the Darsylonian Palace Elves although his manner
does not reflect such upbringing.
His frame is sturdy and well proportioned although well hidden
under a mountain of a robe...Crimson and Silver in color with wide sleeves
perfect for storing wands and the like.
His demeanor and garb being that of a mage you find it odd to see a large
axe...well used..dangling from his belt. Also, the scars of battle
riddle his forearms further puzzling you as to this elf's profession.
Role
The struggle for longevity
Added Mon Jul 26 21:11:59 2004 at level 43:
Kellaralon has forced himself to become very cautious as he rounds
his 40th title. His soul one step from the grave it saddens him
greatly that he might not live to battle the Spectres as they attempt to
Become. Or see the fall of the Emperor.
His Duty transcends all but his longevity is dependant upon extreme
vigilance and good judgement in these next few years.
The Beginnings of Kellaralon
Added Wed May 19 10:21:04 2004 at level 1:
Kellaralon grew up in the shadow of the Palace of Darsylon.
Very near the highest nobles and families of the realm. His life was
tranquil, and unburdened. The royal elves of the Palace regarded him
as almost an equal being that his family had been in service to the
Palace for centuries. It was his families presence which kept the
highest families at ease.
You see the highest of the high elves abhor violence and destruction.
They would not bring themselves to needlessly slaying foes, or wantonly
destroying their enemies fortresses.
That is what Kellaralon's family was for.
The Dars'tallion's were once residents of the highest houses themselves.
Until their propensity for violence was discovered, and their aptness at
it was unequalled. Some of the Dars'tallions have been the greatest elven
warriors and fighting magi the Ages have ever seen.
So the High Elves of the Palace chose to not admonish them for their
transgressions, for they knew this gift would be beneficial to them
in times of need.
So Kellaralons family lived in close proximity to the Palace at all times,
able to hone their skills of warfare and such, unfettered.
They were treated in the highest regard by the most royal of families
because those families knew, that the Dars'tallions would be there
when they needed.
Inside Kellaralon
Added Fri Jun 4 00:05:57 2004 at level 19:
Kellaralon is a stalwart warrior, confident in his powers.
Yet something is always nagging at him to be more cautious.
Too often he remains in battle a bit too long and exhibits a little
too much valor for his own good. Elven beings as fragile as they are
he will have to remain vigilant over his health and well being
until his powers have reached their pinnacle.
His heart is in the Light, and his Duty transcends all.
But he cant help but be curious about some of the powers he will never
use. Being that he spends so much of his time facing the Shadow's glare.
He often wonders of the usefulness of their own kind against them.
Not to the extent that he would ever actually bring more evil into
this realm, there is certainly enough already, but in particular the
use of nightgaunts.
He wonders that if there is such a being that melts out of the darkest
shadow to clutch its prey and return it to the caster.
How can there NOT be..a converse entity in the brightest light.
Perhaps a blinding light that would trap the darkheart and freeze him
there in complete awe and reverance until his cleansing could be served.
Simply thoughts for Kellaralon is after all an elf, and an intellect
cannot be stifled.
Reaching the Pinnacle.
Added Thu Jul 15 09:58:28 2004 at level 40:
Upon reaching his 30th title, Kellaralon learned the sad news
that the Captain of the Brigade, Celebrimbor..had passed.
His speakings with him were influential..and inspiring. And he did not
yet know if the Fort would accept any more inductions at the time.
So when Kellaralon was accepted as a Squire..it made him very happy.
Oh how his father would beam.
It was then that he vowed he would reach the pinnacle of his power.
Using all the skills the guildmasters could teach him of the planes.
Outer Planes, Material Realms, The Splendor of Heavens.
Shokai himself presented Kellaralon with a question one time.
Why is it you learned to use mephits.
Kellaralon answered that even though they carry a dark aura..they do
not come from the depths of hell.
In fact they come from the same plane that the Angels come from.
Shokai warned him to be wary but not to decist his actions.
Kellaralon believes we all face the shadow one way or another every time
we take up the fight.
