Description

Unnatural it seems how this human seems to bend the heavenly rays of the sun to his own source of light and darkness that pulses with the sync of a heartbeat. Dark spirit-like mists coil around his body, the whispering wind rustling the area with a sense of urgency. His dusty clothing is rural in nature, not matching the stark contrast of his heavy armor, dirty from the grime and blood of countless fights. His deadly armament of choice matches his armor additions - the mixture of spikes, hooks and serrated blades covering nearly every available inch. Tiny voids of emotion, his inky eyes survey the land with hawk-like speed. The only piece that stands out amongst his picturesque horrifying visage is a single childhood rag doll tied to his belt. The simple dolls' hands and legs are bound, it's mouth gagged....but it's haunting life-like eyes show a level of anger that surpass even the dark knight's. Pulling your eyes away from the man himself, you notice the following....

This entry seems quite different than the previous...where the date would be
clearly articulated, there's nothing as if time has no more meaning. The
fiery text has become emotionless, the writing clear and concise. It states
his recent actions in report format - the dealings with the voice of Divine
Subjugation, his discussions with the Empress concerning Dreadlord, and the
growth of his weapon. Beyond daily activities, only one part shows a hint at
something deeper....

"My dreams have hindered my sleep, the scales of Marcatis show in vivid
display - intended to weaken my resolve. A faulty instinct of emotion still
lingers in my mind but I know it must be cleaved from my soul to continue. As
the souls continue to grow in my polearm, I am reminded of my moment of power
where I stood emotionless outside the church as my family burned. The
victim-less souls shall scream, cry, and laugh for me - I am but the Jail
Keeper to their caged end. Keshuk Wolvenstradd will succeed."

Irony of the month - the way has been much struggle but I push on. I can now
take souls of my foes....if they would stand still! Rose has gone deadly
quiet. She doesn't struggle anymore but I dare not let her free. She knows my
strength to steal souls and the temptation to silence her...she bides her
time like they all do. They ALL bide their time against me...the Blacks will
be strong under me, but I bide my time. Hahaha, everyone bide their

A once nicely laced black journal is here, the corners bent and the symbol of
the Empire faded from wear. The contents though are completely intact,
although "complete" is hardly a word to describe the ramblings within -
concise yet demented beyond belief, the following is the accounts of Keshuk
Wolvenstradd.

==Last Day of Deception, Month of the Battle==
The Blacks grow with my strength and training - it mindless work puts the
ramblings of Rose out of my mind. Her curses fill my dream, her threats
repeated over and over of what Death will do when I die......it fuels me to
continue. Temporary death does nothing to stop me and with each foe I kill
and send to the scales, I tip mine further in my favor. What will I do when
true power is mine, when I hold the power to destroy or save Rose - will I
leech her strength and silence that crazed doll or will I.....no, she is
past saving. Death will be there for both us some day and until then, I
regret nothing. Let's see the scales break and overflow from my sins!

(The rest rambles off with thick overdone drawings of an elf god, a bleeding
rose flower, and words unreadable by man)

The rest seems beyond the ability to read and not even in any normal
language, but the diagrams and writings are extremely dark. Decapitated and
mangled bodies, many severed hands and eyeballs, burning faces in locked
horror, and the haunting vision of a forest hut repeatedly page after page.
The name Rose is written many times and crossed out, as if in anger. After
too many pages to count of these "drawings", in the end you find one legible
statement:

-leave now on the Buzzing Hornet for the mainland - no one noticed us, but
Rose had to be gagged to keep quiet. One of the sailors got drunk this night
and in the quiet of the storage hull spoke of this "Empire" and how he had a
place in some important guild.....Rose broke free and I was forced to killed
him once he saw her moving - they would have caged her and thrown me
overboard. His outfit kind of fits, but only one day left then I'll find this
guil-

Turning the pages slowly, this blood-covered journal has seen better days.
Found in the hands of some trash beggar, a quick silver had him hand it over.
Sometimes forced to pry the pages apart from the dried blood, you begin at
