Description
Simple linen robes, fit for a human child, swathe this short gnarled stump of
a humanoid beneath the motley collection of armor he bears. A long craggy
nose juts rudely from his face, arching over a wide mouth filled with strong
yellow teeth. Above this oversized appendage, his eyes twinkle deep blue from
deep set sockets. Ungainly rounded ears splay widely from the side of his
head, tufts of curled hair creeping out of them like the tentacles of some
cranium-resting leviathan. His flesh is sun-browned and crackled like
suckling hen fresh from the ovens of Hillcrest. His hands are overlarge for
his frame, calloused and stained with the same ink that streaks his long,
grey beard.

Kevmorn joined the Heralds of the Eternal star. He see's this as an
opportunity to be more than a mere collector of lore and adventurer, and
instead to add to something larger. His greatest ambition is to journey to
the legendary libraries in thera, that most only whisper of, and bring back
arcane and unknown tomes to fill the archives of the Lyceum with.
The Hag, The Hounds, and Aran Gird.

When he was of the thirty sixth rank, Kevmorn was about when Hell Hounds
began to attack Hamsah mutaaz at the behest of the Hag, Black Annis. His
friend Grinok led the main party down into Aran Gird chasing the hag, and
despite his age, Kevmorn was the only healer available. Hours of battle
ensued, including one moment when a Soul Child slept kevmorn, forgot him and
crimson scourged him. Some how he did not die, and was with the main party
when the Annis was slain. The Maran Lekajab saved Kevmorns life at one point,
at great personal risk, and Kevmorn sees himself in debt to him. This was a
pivotal point in Kevmorns life. His dreams of adventure and lore gathering
were finally coming true, and at a much younger age than he thought they
wood. To be surrounded by Heroes and aiding them in a meaningful way as they
strode into the depths filled him with gladness, and he thanks Bizinoquin for
the opportunity he was given.
Gohum and Bizinoquin.

The Hero shapeshifter Gohum has approached Kevmorn, also wishing to follow
Bizinoquin. Gohum is a seeker of lore also, and has done much research into
the denizens of ancient Tcar, and the Sahaguin. As he is not yet fully
blessed by Bizinoquin, Kevmorn is nervous about this, but is quite happy to
see that other gnomes begin to remember the ancient name, Bizinoquin.
Childhood.
Added Wed Feb 15 18:30:24 2006 at level 1:
Kevmorn, born of the Zanovar clan of hillcrest, was born to be a sage. Though
his family was deeply gifted in magic, pure knowledge, rather than applied
arcane pursuits filled their hearts with joy. Zanovar was raised among
towering stacks of scrolls, books, parchments, artifacts, and curios from the
four corners of Thera. His mother, Viastrella made her way as an apothecary
in Hillcrest, and his father Kevorin was a scribe and actuary. His childhood
was a good one, filled with learning, and honest work at his parents side.
They were both home bodies though, content to learn of the lands and what
ever their fancy struck via writings and artifacts rather than first hand.
Kevmorn yearns to see the sources and evidence of the things he has read of
his whole life. His experience helping his mother and father with the
apothecarial business led him down the path to the healing arts, and the many
ancient gnomish Hillcrestian tomes that he read as a child led him to the
worship of Biznoquin. Furthermore, Bizinoquins own wanderings have inspired
Kevmorn in his own.
