Description
Standing a respectable five feet and ten inches, this swarthy
skinned man is completely bald. His clean shaven head free
from any marks. A well trimmed, dark goatee can be seen
on his chin. Deep blue eyes frame an oft broken nose, while
high cheekbones, and a full mouth complete his handsome visage.
He is lithe of frame, but there is an underlying strength in
his movement. A deep tattoo of a golden book can be seen
peeking out of each of his sleeves on wrapping his forearms.

Subject: Training Efficacy update
Let it be known, in conjunction with the Divines, we have come
to a determination in or plans to develop the proper mindset
within the Imperial Ranks. The following are guidelines in
recruitment efforts that we will begin to follow.
1) Start young. Not long off the apron strings, and well before
puberty. This allows for the highest chance of imprinting.
2) Seek out Kindness. The more kind of heart the better, when
they are broken by out new training regiments, it sends their
behavior to the other end of that spectrum. We generate the most
cruel, and effective applicants with this precept.
3) Training must start immediately. Subjects should have all ties
to family, and friends severed immediately upon recruitment. Its best
if the subject can be involved in such severance personally. Allowing
them to see the acts and if such a thing is possible even participate
in such.
These are the beginning guidelines, and will be tested on several subjects
in the very near future. We expect excellent results.

Lord,
We have culled three potential applicants. Designated Alpha,
Beta, Delta. Each from separate small farming communities.
Each following the criteria set forth. While all have shown
at least some success. Candidate Alpha has surpassed even
our wildest imagination. We took special care during section
three of their training. Placing Shadow Rulsen in charge of
the candidate. His tactics were superb and the outcome is nothing
less than spectacular.
Alpha has shown superior skills and a drive to please his mentor
that is above the norm. In combat he has shown to be especially
cruel. But perhaps the most intriguing of outcomes, he is completely
loyal to the Empire and its goals. Never wavering. Never questioning.
A true believer in Darkness and Order.
It is recommended that candidate Alpha be released into the world
to gain experience and hone skills that can only be truly learned
in an uncontrolled environment. Should he be successful in this
first phase the oath will be administered and he will be ours to
use as we see fit.

Apprentice candidate alpha to the Royal Guild in Hamsah, and keep
me apprised on his progress. This is good news. Please also
provide an update as to the techniques used by Shadow Rulsen as we
will want to include those in further training efforts.
Terminate Candidates Beta, and Delta. There is no room for
mediocrity.

Kijar is truly the perfect soldier. He lives only for the
Empire. He takes orders from his superiors and executes them
without question until such time as he is unable to. He expects
the same from any whom he sees as below him in the chain of
command.
He is as cruel now as he was kind when with his parents.
His special training included the torture and killing of his
father. Being told that his father would not protect his
mother from the same when his mentor tortured her in front
of both of them.
Kijar is sphere Order. A place for everything and everything
in its place. Everything has structure, and should follow that
structure. As such, he has a special hatred for the Barons
of Entropy.

Greetings Lord,
I come to you with news of cautious optimism. Subject Alpha has been
in place for some time now. While he has seen some setbacks, and loss,
overall his success has been not insignificant. He has managed to climb
the ranks of the sect, even being promoted by the Lord Emmnon himself.
We are in the process of updating the documentation of his turning, and
will provide that forthwith, as we feel it might be time to start on the
second phase of our plan.
We will keep you apprised of the progress.

They are there, the faces of my parents. My mothers sweet face
frozen in fear and pain, marred by bruises, but blessedly free
of blood. His fathers was different. A sadness was there,
the last bit of his life frozen in his eyes. He knew now,
that his father was weak. It was that weakness that allowed
his mother to be raped and killed. In front of him no less.
But he had resolved that. Slipping the dagger between his
fathers ribs was surprisingly easy. He stared into his fathers
eyes as he fell to the floor. He was surprised, to see sadness
honestly.
"Yes. You have done well Alpha. Your training with me is
almost at its end." came the raspy voice to his left.
He wondered then, why he couldn't remember his name...
