Description
Before you is a strong young man of around six feet tall. His hair is dark
brown in color and is tied back with a leather thong. He is clothed in well
made clothing of light armor of leather and hides. Colored to blend in to
the wilderness, a cloak covers his muscular body. Large hands grip equally
large weapons which move with the fluid grace of a warrior born. A travel
stained backpack can be seen. He glances too and frow, taking in his
surroundings. He pauses, listening to the wind, before continuing his
journey.

"The Outlanders of Thar-Eris are a motley crew of wild men, brigands,
barbarians, and freedom fighters who seek to spell the end of the pox
civilization has brought upon the world." Harking from all parts of Thera,
those that feel the call of Thar-Eris bring many skills with them. From
Warriors, to Rangers, Shifting mages to Invocation mages. Druids and Bards.
Most Guilds and Races are welcome to help in the return of Thar-Eris. Those
that are too corrupt to learn the ways of nature, or are born from dark magics
are shunned and hunted.Some Outlanders, Wardens, Pledge to protect and
teach lest wild knowledge is lost before the return. Reavers, the most
savage of the Outlanders bring the fight to the cities and actively hunt
those that would destroy Thar-Eris, they have the stomach and skills to burn
the cities and kill those that are beyond help.Sentinels walk both paths,
teaching those that might be on the path to redemption, healing the lands,
and also fighting deep behind enemy lines.
Most Outlander recruits hear the call of Thar-Eris in one way or another and
pledge their lives to protect, defend and fight for Her. Some few are the
offspring of those that come before us.Born of Outlander parents, taught
and trained from birth, these zealots are a rare and formidable weapon in the
arsenal of the Outlanders.
Lathok is one such person. A human born of Outlander Parents.His mother
died in child birth. She was a Sentinel, A Mage of shifting skills.
Although Lathok never met his Mother, His Father and many of the Outlanders
told stories of her heroics, focusing in air and utility, she mainly liked to
soar the winds as an Eagle, and hunt in the form of a Cheetah. Although his
Mother was not around to raise Lathok, he feels Her spirit watching over him.
his dreams and in his peripheral vision, he has a sense that his Mother is
still with him, watching over him, guiding him.His Father was a Warrior
Reaver, A strong human, he raised Lathok with the help of all other
Outlanders. Teaching him the ways of the wilds, how to live off the lands,
nurture, hunt, and also kill. Lathoks Father was a mighty warrior leading
many battles in his short life, proving his worth to Thar-Eris many times
over. Recently he fell in battle against empire scum. Lathok morns his
Fathers passing and he now feels his Fathers spirit guiding him also. Lathok
likes traveling the wild lands, hunting, and furthering the goals of the
Refuge he will soon pledge to. Now it is Lathoks turn to join the Outlanders
when he comes of age as his family before him.

Notes of interest.
Lathok is Neutral like his Mother. He does not have
trouble killing the enemies of Thar-Eris however he is not as savage as his
Father and can see the benefit in teaching and converting those that are
willing to help Thar-Eris.
Lathok will also follow the path of Warrior like his Father before him.
His hometown is the Grove, one of the last remaining bastions of wilds that
welcome those drawn to Thar-Eris.
Lathok follows the Sphere of Spirit, for he feels his parents Spirits guiding
him, watching over him in this life and the next.
