Description
You take notice of a dashing Elven specimen gracing you with his presence. He
appears to stand generously over six feet tall and to weight about 170 pounds
which gives him a very thin, lanky build. High cheekbones and a long slender
jawline add to his already rather gaunt appearance. Nicks and tiny scars are
present all about his visibile ivory skin. A larger, jagged scar runs down
the left side of his otherwise smooth face. The faded red hue of this scar is
in stark constrast to his Elven pallor. Thin wrinkles can be seen around his
eyes and there are creases in his cheeks where he has smiled so much over the
years. Although he may be ancient, he still looks relatively young when
compared to the human race. You notice that his posture is slightly slumped,
but this elderly being still gives his best to stand tall as a proud
Magistrate. His hair shimmers like white gold and is pulled back into a tight
braid at the back of his head which extends down to his mid-back. Three
silver hoops connected with dainty chains adorn each of his sharply pointed
ears. The left ear has a larger golden hoop bearing a single diamond going
through the lobe. A sparkling ring of silver and jacinth dangles loosely on a
platinum chain around his neck. His clothes are neat and well-kempt. There
are many slots and niches about his garments meant for holstering various
types of blades. A warm, welcoming smile seems to be ever present upon his
face. He breathes calmly as he peers about the area with his intense emerald
green eyes.

Chapter 1: An Elven Origin Story
Added Sun Sep 30 16:38:41 2018 at level 51:
Once upon a time there was and Elven man names Llyion Inaxalim. Llyion was from the ancient Elven city of Darsylon. He spent much of his youth there enjoying the company of his family and friends. Llyion was born to a goodly couple of
Darsylonian elves. His father, Elnaril Inaxalim, was a head of the guards at the Darsylonian palace. As a member of the royal staff, Llyion's father understood the importance of Truth and Justice. These are values that were deeply
imprinted into Llyion's moral code. Llyion could not help but absorb these concepts and come to live by them. He had been exposed to the importance of justice his entire life by watching his father deal with criminals and enemies of the
palace. His mother, Lararallin Cradithas Inaxalim, was a respected priestess at the Darsylonian temple. She served and healed the local Elves with kindness and warmth. The compassion she showed was unlike anything Llyion had ever seen.
From observing his mother he noticed the effect that a kind word and a smile can have on another person. She always taught him the importance of courtesy, manners, and respect. These values molded Llyion into the caring and orderly
individual we know and love today.
Chapter 2: Motivation for Exploration
Added Sun Sep 30 17:00:51 2018 at level 51:
Life in Daryslon was generally peaceful and jovial. Occasionally a small pack of orcs, drow, and other wicked species would come charging the gates, but the guards would quickly negotiate the situation. One horrible day, a massive horde
of Orcs and Scarabs came smashing through the gates. Much of it is a blur to Llyion as he suffered a blow to the head as the Chaos ensued. A snarling orc clobbered the left side of Llyion's face with his splintered club leaving a jagged
scar as a constant reminder of that day. Someone had dragged Llyion to saftey, however he was alone when he finally woke. The city was horribly damaged. Fires and collapsed buildings were ubiquitous. The casualties of war were scattered
everywhere. Disfigured soldiers lie mangled throughout the streets. A concern for his parents safety quickly washed over him. He began darting through the streets yelling for both of them. He made his way to the temple to seek his
mother. Upon entering the temple he saw clergy scattered about. The surviving clerics were tending to the wounded and hauling off the dead. He soon found the remains of his mother resting in a back room. An earth shattering moment for
Llyion no doubt, but he had to stay focused for his father's sake. He left the temple after a brieft moment of mourning in search of his father. Questioning every guard he saw, Llyion finally followed his chain of inquiries to his
father's remains amongst the collected casualties of war. This was the first time Llyion was exposed to true Chaos. He knew then that the chaotic forces of Thera needed to be stopped if this is what they bring with them. Young Llyion
knew not what to do, but he knew he had to do something. He knew that he must do something to bring Order to the Chaos. He could not stand idly by while many other innocents fall victim to the chaotic agenda that exits in the hearts of
the lawless. With the majority of his friends and his entire family now deceased, Llyion Inaxalim decided to venture out into Thera.
Chapter 3: Honor Amongst Thieves
Added Sun Sep 30 20:29:07 2018 at level 51:
Llyion began his quest by venturing to the major metropolitan cities throughout Thera. As he made his way through these different regions he heard word of many types of professions and fraternities one could join as a means of survival.
The curious young Elf visited all sorts of guild halls across the land. He visited the bard's guilds just to learn he could not sing. He visited mage's guilds just to learn he could not remember incantations. He tried to brawl with the
students in the warrior's guild just to learn that the weapons were much, much too heavy. This went on for a while until one day he wandered into a thieve's guild. He saw some of the things the novice thieves were practicing and thought
that this might be useful for self-defense. Llyion began to practice basic concealment and sleight of hand with the neophytes. Graced with natural Elven dexterity, Llyion took to these sorts of activities like a duck to water. Since
things went so much better at this guildhall than all of the rest he decided to focus on the teachings of the Thieve's guild.
It is important to note that Llyion has never used his skills as a thief as a means to acquire personal wealth or other malicious activity. He uses what he learns from the thieve's guild for self-defense, the defense of others, or
defending ideals that are important to him such as Truth, Justice, and Order.
While visiting the major protected cities of Thera, namely Galadon, Voralian City, Hamsah Mutazz, and Seantryn Modan, young Llyion began to take notice of much more than the rich urban lifestyle. He began to notice the men and women who
helped regulate and enforce the laws. He heard much of how these enforcers operate and the types of laws they defended from his fellow students within the thieve's guild. Many of the students had run-ins with these law men on many
occasions, but this is a hazard of the occupation. Llyion never had trouble with the Law as he only used his skills with good intentions. Watching warrants being served, criminals being detained, and justice delivered, Young Llyion's
interest in the life of Law enforced had been piqued.
Chapter 4: Onward to the Academy
Added Mon Oct 1 16:25:46 2018 at level 51:
After deciding to study to be a thief, Llyion enrolled into the Academy. While there he learned of the different ways that a thief can specialize their training. Llyion seemed to take a liking to poisons. The idea of making something
small and hidden with inconspicuous power appealed to him. The secretive nature of the guildhall is why he chose to live his life under the sphere of Concealment. He believes that this will make him a more adept thief. On his way out
of the Academy he came to the rooms that were representing each cabal in Thera. He peered into them all and absorbed the information there. Upon examining the information available about the Blood Tribunal he realized that these were the
people enforcing the laws. He instinctively wanted to know more.
Chapter 5: Sweet Home Voralia
Added Mon Oct 1 16:59:19 2018 at level 51:
After completing his training in the Academy, Llyion decided that he should relocated to a place with a local poisoner's guildhall. He did not want to travel to far from his precious Darsylon. The appeal of urban life had left an
impression on Llyion when he was first venturing out into Thera. Llyion had heard great things about the poison's master, Jirash, in Voralian City. Upon considering all of these things Llyion registered as a Voralian Citizen. It was
close to Darsylon, urban, and it was home to an excellent poison's master. Voralian City was perfect for the young apprentice.
Chapter 6: An Adjustment in Racial Attitude
Added Mon Oct 1 17:06:48 2018 at level 51:
Like most Elves, Llyion has a strong aversion to Dark Elves. When he first began moving up in the ranks he refused to travel with someone even if the were only part dark-elf. One fine day Llyion was pressured into traveling with a young
half-drow priestess name Saharza. Saharza is a healer that lives under the sphere of Love. Saharza is a kind and caring individual, not at all like the stereotypical Drow. They traveled together long enough that Llyion realized that
dark-elven blood does not necessarily ruin a person altogether. Llyion became close friends with Saharza despite her racial handicap. She opened up his eyes and his heart to sharing experiences with those crippled by a drowish heritage.
Chapter 7: Becoming a Magistrate
Added Tue Oct 2 13:58:46 2018 at level 51:
Llyion had become intrigued by the Tribunal after hearing about them in the Academy and watching them in action in the cities. He had read up on the laws and thought they sounded quite fair. The life of a magistrate seemed to appeal
to his orderly nature. Llyion also felt that he would be helping the world by enforcing law and strengthening civilization. He never wanted anyone to experience a chaotic loss like he did all those years ago in Darsylon.
Llyion made his way up to the Spire and began chatting with the Captain at his post. The Captain explained many things to the young Elf about the life of a Magistrate. He also told Llyion that if was serious about joining their ranks that
he should speak with the Provost. Upon hearing that Llyion pledged his allegiance to the Captain and penned a scroll to the Tribunal in hopes of speaking with Provost Karvesh.
Provost Karvesh arranged a meeting and interviewed Llyion, posing hypothetical situations and the like. After completing the interview Karvesh told Llyion that he had heard good things. Llyion had already been learning with other Tribunal
members, primarily Barnabas. Barnabas had already handed down a glowing recommendation based on his experiences with Llyion. The Provost officially inducted the Elf into the the Blood Tribunal. Llyion knew then that he had found his
life's purpose.
Chapter 8: An Adjustment in Racial Attitude part 2
Added Tue Oct 2 14:16:34 2018 at level 51:
Llyion has come to be able to work with people that are full Dark-Elves if it is for the Tribunal. He does not like it. In fact, the sound of a drow's voice makes his skin crawl and the thought of being near one, much less assisting one,
is repulsive to him. He does not hold back his aversion to this race when speaking with non-tribunal Drow. Llyion carries on the way any self-respecting Elf would. However, there are several drow Magistrates that he has had to learn to
tolerate. Although it disgusts him to his very core, Llyion is willing to pursue criminals and enforce the Law alongside these ghaslty creatures. He keeps his disgust to himself -always- when dealing with a Dark-Elven Tribunal member.
This is only for the greater good, -Upholding the Law-.
Chapter 9: Ilyana's Request
Added Sat Nov 3 16:45:14 2018 at level 51:
Ilyana has pleaded with Llyion to stay alive, healthy, and in the shadows when trouble stirs in the Spire. Her display of affection and genuine interest in Llyion's prolonged presence moved him to want to satisfy her request. Evidentally
Ilyana sees something in Llyion that he does not see in himself and she stresses the need to perserve him. Lately, Llyion has been engaging in rather wreckless behavior when dealing with the Outlanders. This has caused loss of life,
property, and mortal stamina to fall upon Llyion. Llyion considers Ilyana to be one of his closest friends. She is a dear consort of his and as such he takes her words and attitudes very seriously. Although his instinct is to try to
thwart even the mightiest of Outlanders, Llyion has resolved to stay in the shadows while enemies are breaking into the Spire. Ilyana is important to Llyion and so is her request.
Chapter 10: A Call to Provost
Added Wed Feb 20 12:59:36 2019 at level 51:
Magistrate Inaxalim has found himself atop the promotional ladder in the Spire. For many years he has been the senior Provincial Magistrate and performed many of the duties required of the Provost. After much careful consideration among
the Spire elders, Llyion has decided to accept the mantle of Provost and the duties that entails. Llyion has now served the Spire for over three hundred years now and if the gods be willing then he shall serve for at least another
three hundred years. Administratively, Llyion is picking up where Provost Ilyana left off by continuing to carry out policies that she has set in place. Llyion has a great deal of admiration for Ilyana and the way she ran the Spire. He
would hate to see her hard work tossed to the wayside, especially since he gave her advise on her ideas. As such he has chosen to endorse "The Companion to the Laws" as published by Provost Ilyana.
Ilyana was not actively on duty very much after she was promoted to Provost. This left a power vacuum that needed to be filled. The Spire needed a figure head. The Spire needed someone to have the final say in all legal matters.
The Spire needed a Provost.
With Llyion's centuries of experience and with the help of his most senior advisors, Provincial Magistrates Ention and Akanis, Provost Inaxalim hopes to lead the Spire into a bright future of widespread Law, Order, and Peace.
Chapter 11: Missing in Action and Return to Duty
Added Wed Nov 27 19:58:36 2019 at level 51:
While serving as Provost Magistrate, Llyion decided to go exploring in the mountains to the north of Galadon. He found a particular cave on his trek and as he entered it he found himself summoned into the lair of a dark witch. Llyion was
rendered unconscious and locked in a magical cage by the evil creature. She used him as her own private source of Elven blood. One day Llyion was able to make his way though the lock guarding the cage. While the witch was out gathering
ingredients he managed to flee her lair and manage to make his way back to Galadon. Many years had passed and the Tribunal had given up hope of ever finding Llyion. He was removed from the Tribunal's payroll after being stripped of his
rank as Provost. This is understandable because the Law must always have enforcers. Llyion has reintroduced himself back into the Spire and is as faithful as ever before. He is finally back home doing what he loves the most: Staying Ever
Vigilant for the Spire. Perhaps with the forgiveness of Lady Ishuli and his fellow Magistrates he can be restored to a higher rank such as Provincial Magistrate or Justiciar. He is ever greatful for his second chance at life and intends
to watch the protected zones for a few more centuries. Praise be to the Lady of the Spire!
Chapter 12: Random Acts of Kindness
Added Tue Mar 10 17:02:29 2020 at level 51:
Llyion is growing older by the day, as are all Therans. Llyion has been around for nearly nine centuries (Over 1.5 years as the Gods tell time). In that time he has grown much wiser and more tolerant of all beings. He used to be disgusted
by certain races and certain guildhalls. Now he chooses to look at everyone with love. He has found that a compassionate ear toward the most disgruntled person will calm and sooth them, usually. People accuse him of being corrupt and he
their rights to do so, he does not grow angry with them. People call him the Oppressor and a variety of other ill-fitting names, but it does not discourage or dishearten him. Llyion had a hard time with being Provost the first time because
he was a "people pleaser". He tried to make everyone happy. He has learned that this is an unattainable goal. Within Llyion's heart he knows what is right and what is wrong. He fully does what he knows is right and even if people assume he
is wrong it does not bother him. In the past, Llyion has witnessed many magistrates before him accept the mantle of Provost just to disappear from the realms shortly after that. The stress of the position is too difficult for most people to
handle. Llyion is no longer stressed by other peoples opinions. He loves people unconditionally no matter their race or creed. He learned this ability from a dear friend, Ilyana, many years ago, but until recently he has not been able to
apply it. Unless you are a criminal, Llyion will treat you with respect and a warming, welcoming spirit. He welcomes all people from all walks of life to approach him with their thoughts. Some think he is the Oppressor, Enslaver, Corrupter,
and some think he is Kind, Loving, and Gentle. No matter the person's point of view Llyion desires only to understand the persons life and why they are the way they are. He understands that "Hurt people, Hurt people". People that seek
to cause harm to others is a result of them being mistreated. At nearly 900 years old he just wants to be remembered as an Elf that loved everyone and appreciated people for who they were. It is something he demonstrates with all of his
Magistratres. He is immensely proud of the members of the Spire, no matter their walk of life. He only has love to give even though the world has much hatred to give him in return.
Proof of Llyion's Loss of Racisms
Added Wed Mar 11 15:22:52 2020 at level 51:
Many years ago Llyion learned from many people how to adore those that once repulsed him. Llyion's dear friend Saharza whom was a friend he met in the academy and grew in ranks through most of his early life. She was a half-breed, half
drow and half love. Saharza never comitted herself to serve any one faction of Thera. She was a friend of everyone. When Llyion first met Saharza he was still at a point in his life where he was disgusted by drow and other wicked races.
Saharza was a friend of everyone. She hardly had an enemy that Llyion of which Llyion was aware. She was truly neutral in all afairs. Saharza was the gate-way to teaching him to have admiriation of those detested by Darsylonians. She showed
Saharza left the realms forever right before Llyion's very eyes. He still wears one of her rings on a necklace around his neck. She left quite an impression on Llyion at quite an early age (early for an elf of nearly 200 years old). She
told him that she would meet him again in another life, which is sure to have happened by now.
Llyion then served under Ilyana, a loving Paladin, and she changed his life forever. Ilyana had love for everyone, almost to a fault. She tried to establish peace with even the Outlanders while she served as Provost. She is responsible for
writing "Companion to the Laws" which still can be found in the Eternal LIbrary of the Divine Witch, Lady Ishuli. While serving in the Spire under Ilyana's command Llyion developed a great passion for her belief system. During his first
term as Provost he even invoked the "Companion to the Laws" to carry on Ilyana's legacy.
During several centuries in the Spire Llyion learned to work alongside drow, necromancers, duergars, anti-paladins, and most other walks of life general considered foul and wicked by the rest of the world. Most of these individuals had poor
dispositions and badly treated Llyion, but because of the lessons he learned from friends at a younger age he grew to adore them for what they were. He knew there is a reason for why they are the way they are.
Currently, at nearly 900 years old, one of his closest friends is a drow by the name of Mortavala. Llyion is quite proud of her and they have so many things in common. She is a wonderful Magistrate that shows great compassion for Llyion.
Llyion loves her as a Magistrate and as a close confident. They have many things in common. So much, in fact that Llyion, cannot believe she is not an Elf. The thought of touching, much less hugging, a dark elven person would make Llyion
vomit at one point in his life. He has worked alongside many things that elvenkind would consider horrific. He has reached a level of peace with all of Thera's creations whether they be of the Light or of the Darkness. Some souls are so

inflamed by darkness that even Llyion's outcry of love cannot change. Be that as it may, Llyion loves and respects everyone and gladly welcomes the darker races and guilds into the Spire. He hopes that one day he can leave a legacy of the
"Ever-Full Heart" that Ilyana left behind her. The Spire and impressive friends have left Llyion with nothing but the love and hope for redemption of all races. Love is Blind. Justiice is Blind. Llyion serves them both.
Chapter 14: Millenial Man
Added Mon Jun 22 03:41:09 2020 at level 51:
Llyion has reached the ripe old age of a thousand years old. He is among the oldest living citizens of Thera, if not the oldest. He is both ancient and present. He joined the Spire as a young elf of only one hundred and ninety years of age.
Llyion has served the Spire for over eight hundred years. The curse, and blessing, of Elven kind is upon him. He has outlived everyone in the Tribunal many times over. Throughout the course of his service he has gained many close friends
only to see them die off. Due to this circumstance he has come to appreciate each friend he makes more dearly. Llyion has come to believe that people are precious because of their short and fleeting existence. His perception of each new
Magistrate is like that of his own child, deserving of unconditional kindness. He is quick to love and respect those who dedicate themselves to the Blood Tribunal. He feels that everyone deserves to be loved and has tried to express this in
many ways over the years, but alas there are those who resist Llyion's desire to share the Light with everyone he meets. This feeling is not reserved strictly for the Magistrates. He has many fond memories of the people he has met and the
powerful experiences they have shared. At times he has even tried to show love to enemies of order. He has offered friendship to Outlanders and Entropists alike however the feeling was rarely reciprocated. He has never gotten used to the
fact that his close friends die while he lives on. Only the gods know how much more time he has left, but he is satisfied with the life that he has lived. Although Llyion never became a powerful fighter, he has gained wisdom concerning
concerning people. Some people deliberately try to antagonize him and plot to kill him. He has come to be able to forgive them regardless of what they do. He knows that the malice that comes his way is from people who are hurt. Like the old
saying goes "Hurt people, hurt people." He has seen many changes in the world during the course of his life: The flux of power in the cabals, changes of Tribunal administration, changes in the allies and enemies of the Spire, the ever
changing popularity of some guilds, changes in the tactics by which people fight, and has witnessed the changes in people who also live longer lives. Llyion is a living relic, a piece of history that lives and breathes. He is the man of a
millineum.
