Description
A bronze tone skin elven figure with a snarl across her face
appears before you. Her bloodshot eyes filled with anger, red
in color. Her facial features are sharp and perfectly sculpted
as if like a goddess. Her hair, pure white in color, neatly
tied into a ponytail flow towards her waist. Covering her well
built armor, is a set of protective looking armors, strapped
with various type of weapons onto the belt. A large shield with
the symbol of an indigo triangle hangs on her back.
Role
Greenhorn
Added Tue Jan 15 09:43:44 2008 at level 41:
After the incident with regards to Ardonik and Murtai, Loryin realised that
she is not detailed enough in handling some situations, which shows that she
is a "greenhorn" in certain areas. She swears in the name of Trabryn to
improve and excel in areas that she is lacking.
Before and After
Added Tue Jan 1 12:09:38 2008 at level 41:
Eventually Loryin realised that, Power and Fame are not everything, neither
are they important. What that is important, is the how truful one is, to
themselves. Loryin realised that she cares more about Order, the Spire
and Trabryn, more than anything else. She no longers care about the House
she is more nor their purpose. What she wants now, is to concentrate on the
work of the Spire, achieving Order and be a disciple/spokesperson of Trabryn.
Third Conversation
Added Fri Dec 28 10:15:16 2007 at level 41:
After a third conversation with Trabryn, Loryin understands that she is on
the right path, and feels more confident in her believes, strengthening
her faith. Nevertheless, it seems that the Blood Tribunal needs new blood
and she wonder who would be the person chose to bring in new blood. She
tries hard to increase the numbers of criminals nabbed, in hope to impress
the Tribunal Lord with her worthiness and capability.
Provost-ship
Added Sat Dec 1 06:07:57 2007 at level 41:
Pissudin is old and I'm confident that he will pass away soon. There will
definitely be a time where the Spire will be without a Provost. I must
become the Provincial Magistrate fast and become the next Provost. There
is no time for the Spire to grief over Pissudin's death, there is no time
to let Order's growth become stagnant. The limps of a dragon cannot function
without the dragon head itself. There must be someone to lead the other
Magistrates and I shall be the one.
Trabryn and The Task
Added Fri Nov 30 06:46:41 2007 at level 41:
Returning to Trabryn's shrine as initially agreement. Loryin was caught
unaware that Trabryn had given a task to her, which is to find study
more about Order. In that situation, all she can do is to apologize for
something unknown to her. She quickly departed his shrine and studied
hard with regards to the term, Order. The following are Loryin's
explanation of Order to Trabryn in their first conversation.
Order is a systematical and standardized way of lifestyle in which there
are lack of presence of unstability and chaos.
Order is a state which there is lack of disorder and riots, in which
methods like laws are used to maintain in civilization.
In terms of religion, Order also represents the disciples of Trabryn,
who pursues smiliar ideals, desires, morality and the religion itself.
The following are Loryin's new findings with regards to Trabryn's Task.
If Order is white, then chaos is black. They represent different ideals
concepts and results. Order creates a result of standardization,
preservation and possibly growth but Chaos creates a result of barrens
and eventually cease of existence of mortality.
or nature application, For example, Law being enforced on mortality to
attain the result of Order, or the cycle of mortality, from birth to death,
in a natural order.
I as a Magistrate, fully agree that Law that is set upon us mortals, are
a set of standard, perhaps created by ancestors or gods, is used to maintain
order and diminished chaos.
I am lawful, obedient and adherent to the laws, be they of my society,
my religion or the lands that I may be visiting. All in all, is to create
and maintian standardization and preservation of Order.
As Loryin continues to put in thoughts in the term Order, she cannot resist
but to think about the other two paths of Trabryn, which would be Honesty
and Truth. After giving serious and much thought she came to a conclusion.
Order is like the base of civilization, while Honesty and Truth are the
pillars that support civilization. In reference to a hut, Order is like
the base platform, while Honesty and Truth forms the side walls, in which
all three are needed to maintain the desired outcome of order, which is
represented by the roof. Loryin is full intention to use the above thoughts
and conclusion to lead the Tribunals in the future to come. Which of course
which be after speaking to Trabryn about affirming her findings.
Strengthening
Added Thu Nov 29 06:33:15 2007 at level 41:
Now I have to kill to strengthen myself and my weapon. But as a future
Provost, I cannot abuse my citizens. Very well, I shall strengthen myself
with the souls of the criminals and Outlanders, other than that would be
in self defense situation.
GND (Good, Neutral and Evil)
Added Tue Nov 27 07:21:48 2007 at level 40:
What is the differences between Good, Neutral and Evil? The Good
hunts the Evil, the Neutral hunts who or whatever they wants and
the Evil hunts Everyone. Truly, what are the differences? The
process that they go through is the same, kill, kill and more
killing. Some would say that the purpose is different. But truly
if the Fortress is so much about salvation, why do they commit
crimes so often and cause so much blood to flow? The Nexus?
The balance? They can't even balance their own mind and yet they
want to maintain the world in balance, what the hell is that?
The Scions, killing, domination, knowledge, again killing. They
are simply systematic golems, who only have one type of process
within their mind, nothing more or less. The Battleragers, the
most ridiculous type of people. They claimed to kill mages for
their purpose, yet, all they do is to kill themselves along
with the innocences, somewhat like ancient pharoah asking for
living sacrifices to be buried in his pyramid. If you're going
get yourself killed, then leave others alone. Outlanders, the
most intrigueing type of people. Hunters from the wild they claimed,
but most unfortunate, they do not move with time, they move against
time, making folks move backwards and what? End up at an age where
everyone act like cave-dwellers, speaking cave-tongues and wearing
savage furs instead of proper clothings, eating with their hands
instead of fork and spoon? Do they even know what is being clean?
Hunting, acting like morons? The Empire, the most pitiful, the oath
they swore, became the very thing they are against, absolute
contradiction. Instead of bringing Order to the lands, all they do is
murder, murder and countless murders. World domination is what they
seek but they are simply another replication of the Scions. Heralds,
heralds, who can forget the heralds. Those who weave poetry and tales,
those that drink and dance, eat and sing, until the end of the world
with doom infront of them, they'll still be doing same things while
giggling to each others, just like those flowers sniffing elves.
So truly, what are the differences between Good, Neutral and Evil?
Answer is NONE.
Order is different, it is much simple, achievable and has a foreseenable
result. If Order can emerge as the victor, then the all above
mentioned points will be worthless. No one will ever bother about
the differences between Good, Neutral and Evil. No one will be
doing their own thing, everyone will live with a proper standardization.
Everyone will be at the same level, no Empress, no Rhyme, no Commander
no Captain, not even a Provost. Because there will be equality.
BUT! I will emerge as the leader, a new term. BUt not to rule the
people. It is to ensure that Order is maintained. I will emerge,
as the Enforcer of Order. Taking over the Matron seems to little an aim
for myself. I'm meant for greater things and Trabryn and his teachings
will guide me to them.
Conversation with Trabryn
Added Wed Nov 21 04:55:48 2007 at level 30:
After having a conversation with Trabryn, Loryin quietly sneaked
away to conclude the conversation with THE MAN, himself. The
conversation seems to have went well and Trabryn wasn't upset,
disappointed or irritated. That would means that I am on the right
track. Which also means that I need to continue what I'm doing
now, which is to observe, adept, learn and practice. I'm sure
in time to come, I'll be ready for Trabryn and his Indigo Triangle.
Finishing her thoughts, Loryin sneaks away to carry on her duties.
Trabryn and his Indigo Triangle
Added Tue Nov 20 20:26:34 2007 at level 28:
Having seen Trabryn revealing his presence to the mortals as
the God of Order, Loryin immediately went to gather some
information and research about Trabryn and Indigo Triangle.
Trabryn teaches Order, and guides those to attain Order in
their life. It will be good to study his ways and teachings,
putting them into practice. Once I master Order, I will be
able to command Order and ensure a hundred percent adherence
from my citizens and minions. I believe the day that I have
full understanding of Order, will be the day I bear the brand
of Trabryn.
A Choice Made
Added Sat Nov 17 14:40:59 2007 at level 20:
After much consideration between the Empire and Blood Tribunal,
Loryin has decided that she will join the Blood Tribunal to
study them intensively while observing the work of the Empire
from an external view. She believes that both side will provide
her the knowledge with regards to Order, though, it will be lesser
on the Empire side, as compared to the Blood Tribunal.
Lack of Order and Yet Power Seekers (Part II)
Added Wed Nov 14 09:55:31 2007 at level 11:
The Scions, they are hungry for power, that suits me well.
But most unfortunate, they seek to destroy and construct
the world filled with shadows. I do enjoy the sun from time
to time, so the Scions does not suit me well. The Outlanders,
they care too much about freedom, that will not aid in my
absolute conquest. Instead, it will probably promote betrayal
which is something I do not need. The Fortress, they judge
but the appearance too much, to even bother to listen to
the words of others, they will definitely obstruct my growth
in power and strength. Most definitely the Outlanders and
Fortress will need to be destroyed for my own good. This will
most definitely include the Battleragers as well, what magic
will I weave if they destroy magic, I'm confident that they
will try to hunt me down, but I am also sure they need to be
brought down like the Fortress and Outlanders. The last will
definitely be the Nexans. They will be a tricky opponent and
need to be dealt with wariness. But I do know that they care
alot about their veil and magic, as long as I live and grow
strong, their veil will thin, that will cause them to protect
me instead of attacking me. The above are from my observations
which prove that the folks care nothing about Order, only their
own desires, which simply to say, will not aid me in my collection
of data for my own conquest. It is best remove them before
they become a hinder to me. But of course, I'll have to do it
in a way that would not make my practice of Order a joke.
Order and Power
Added Tue Nov 13 08:54:58 2007 at level 10:
Loryin believes that, order is necessary in so for a proper
conquest. Currently, the House lacks of Order, and therefore
she will have to observe and adept the practice of Order.
The reason behind it? Simple, Loryin wants to take over the
La'lthuir House, and the Queen herself. She does not need
an army nor treasures, what she needs is Order and her sheer
brutal power.
The Empire lacks of proper order and chain of command, the
imperials care of taking over their council and empress.
That, I do not need, but it will be a good experience if
I can observe them and prevent that in my own conquest. The
Tribunals will be good, they listen and obey, the best way
to train my minions. I'll get good practice there, when the
time comes for me to take over the House.
Third Daughter of the La'lhuir House
Added Tue Nov 13 05:43:35 2007 at level 1:
Deep in the underdark, is a city filled with dark-elves,
where power is the main criteria for survival. Loryin
the third daughter of the House of La'lthuir. There is
a practice within the House to determine the worthiness
of its members, to determine the fate, whether they will
be allowed to remain as a La'lthuir, or to be cast out
and be hunted for eternity.
Loryin's eldest sister, was a treasure hunting. Hunting
treasures that consists of great power, bringing the
House power and strength. Loryin's second sister, was a
undead mistress, creating endless amount of armies, kept
below the cellar of the House, waiting for the day to
be used. You may wonder, why the the La'lthuir House
has got such a unique criteria. That is because the House
plan to over the city itself, and become the one and only
Royalty, claiming the throne.
It is now Loryin's time to prove her worthiness to be kept
within the House. Loryin is one who is filled with wit and
intelligence, often thinking that she is the most unique and
special, but oftenly she pretends not to, in order to lower
the wariness of others around her. She puts in some thought
in deciding her future steps. Her elder sister is nothing
but a whore, sleeping for the treasures, she has no capability
at all. Her second sister is defenceless without her undead
army. I will need to be trained in a guild, that will allow
me to utilize my natural born swiftness, a guild that will
allow me, not only to utilize spells but also brute force
if need. There it is, made up her decision, to be train in
the anti-paladin guild. My training will begin and she
left the Underdark, moving to the surface.
