Description

The drow is standing before you seems rather clean cut. He stands about 5'6 and has wavy black hair. The deep green of his eyes seem to lazily take in the world around him. He does not look overly muscular, but has a sharpness about him that makes him seem quick-witted, if not brainy. Large tattoos wrap themselves the visible skin on his body, while a large cloak hides other ornaments and characteristics from view. The wooden staff is strapped to either waist but other than that no other adornments seem to stand out and bring otherwise unwanted attention.

Role

Mharlndarn Fho'zgan

Mharlndarn Fho'zgan was born and raised in one of the minor noble
houses of Teth Azeleth. He was raised in secrecy his entire life by
his mother. His small talent for magic allowed him to survive his
first day. But the murder was always expected. Mharlndarn was able
to be home schooled in the arts of transmutation magic - the magic
that his mother always wanted to control but never had the time to
study, nor the innate ability to acquire it. Then he spent most of
his youth stealthily walking the dark tunnels of the underdark, spying
for enemies. He quickly became a very competent spy, irritated of having
to follower orders and gather information for his superiors. One day
he simply disapeared and never returned to his home.

Mharlndarn has always been very collective in his thoughts, and in
the words he chooses. He found society much more disorderly than he
was accustomed to. Factions divided much of the world and dominated
politics. Kin warred with kin while paladins watched them, barbarians
who hated magic, and barbarians who hated civilization swarmed the
streets. But in Mharlndarn's eyes they were the same. They were scared
to admit the Truth and Will. He decided to change that.

Return of Zurcon

After 50 years of wandering on the surface, he found the cult of the night.
Prophecy interested him, but even more he became interested in the opportunity
to return Zurcon, forsaken God of the Destruction. The idea of unlimited power of
the God aroused him. So he decided to act. He found the priestess of Zurcon in
an abandoned catacoms under the old Temple and knelt before the altar. She marked
him sign the god. It was the first step. Second step was the fulfillment of prophecy.
The link with other worlds was supposed to get stronger, creating favorable conditions
for finding Zurcon and his return. However, immediately there were problems. Former
Chancellor Charine died and the Advisor left in an unknown direction....

The Chancellor

Several years passed. Mharlndarn became powerful and experienced mage. After spending
a lot of experiments, he's made good progress in the art of transmutation. Unfortunately
not all of his test subjects were pleased with this. More precisely none of them, they
were all dead. But art requires sacrifice. So he continued to work on ritual. Not
everything went smoothly, Kinust did not appear for many months. And Shiloh was just
a nuisance. And only Kyanden remained faithful to to the ideals of the night. But one
night he saw a vision, the Eye in the Night. Their conversation was brief, but had a big
impact. Mhaldarn got a chance, a chance to bring the prophecy and make a giant step towards
the release of Zurkon. He became Chancellor. His first decision was to destroy Shiloh and
to bring the new blood into the Fold.

He also sent spies to track Kinust. Something was wrong....
