Description
Time begins to take hold of this large giant's body. Bolstered in well-kept
armor, is a 13' middle-aged giant. The skin is wrinkled and cracked more so,
and his muscles sag ever so slightly. The vibrant amethyst eyes are beginning
to gray. His ashen dread-locks are beginning to turn white, as the color
fades. He stands tall and authoritative, showing his aged wisdom with an aura
of order about him. He still seems rather strong and in-shape as age and time
takes it's toll on this battle-hardened giant, though his stress has seemed
to taken more of a toll on his once rigid and firm posture.
Role
Chapter 1: Weak and marked for death, power is gained in desparation

Growing up in the Volcano, we had our own order, and law to live by.
The one law, though while this was the way we lived, it was not orderly,
even though, a sense of stability was maintained. This is why Ogae left. Ingrained
in his life was that of power, strength, being the answer to have authority.
This drove Ogae to join the anti-paladin's guild, because the possibility of limitless power
seemed most fitting. Though, being crazed, and ultimately dominating over others would
mean nothing to Ogae, if order was not kept. This is his passion, keeping order and authority.
When they were young, they attempted to grasp the concepts of anti-paladin's guild,
training each day, but for some reason unable to grasp it. During this time, Ogae
went to an imperial recruiter after hearing the promises of power, and order, the path of a
morally aloof giant, to dominate through an Imperial army, and took the oath.
Though, because of their lack of ability to grow within the guild, and many
years passed, Ogae contributed as much as he could, but it was not enough. Seen
as worthless, weak, without capability, they were made anathema.
Being marked forced a change in Ogae, one that made him a bit desperate and in need
of power. At this moment of realizing his current fate, dark magic began swelling inside and
the work he put in began to take to form and power was gained.
With this newly gained understanding of this dark power, Ogae began his journey as an
anti-paladin. It took many years to develop it, but as it developed it became easier.
So many years gone now, and Ogae is out of his youth, yet he still seeks to Tribunal, as the
rejected him. Order overall kept him pressed forward, and now he has the power he
desired to enforce and become the authoritative giant he sought to be. He knew the
path would be difficult, but regardless he was not detoured.
The Empire, and the search to understand one's passion

Ogae never thought that the spire would accept him, but after his interview with Llyion,
He knew that his passion to fulfill order was a possibility again. It's odd though, what does
passion for order really mean? At least in Ogae's mind it is more about keeping
peace, and showing authority, keeping people from committing crimes due to ones
realization of Ogae's strength. Similar to his upbringing, and teaching of the One Law in how
strongest being the one to lead.
Going back to passion, there was a lingering feeling in Ogae's heart, seeking the blessings of
a god, he had sought when he was younger, but now that he is marked an Anathema, he
has become quite hesitant to seek their shrine and their blessings. That and Ogae is
not quite artistic, as his upbringing was quite stifled and controlled, there was not
much room for creativity or exploring avenues of art. Strength, power, dominating
over those weaker than you, and if they were stronger, abiding without consequence, even though
consequences came regardless.
Lord Gaspare, how would this one take to an anathema? Would he just end Ogae's life
without a second thought, or would they bring Ogae's passion to life? I suppose either
way, Ogae was not truly living, as he wished to learn how to express his passion and
felt only the answer was in the shrine of Lord Gaspare, the Collegio.
On the other-hand, Ogae feels that the Empire is showing their true colors
regarding order. That even though their claim is Darkness and Order, there are truly
some things that would break their focus in that regard, and he is relieved
that their true sense of order is faulty at best. Especially with the threats of the
Empire. His resolved is strengthened in his path, as he feels that most Magistrates
support or back him in some regard against the Empire, especially the Provost himself.
The absence of passion, Conflict stirring in his heart and mind.

Doubt swarms in the mind of Ogae, as many things have occurred in his life,
especially after becoming a magistrate. The Emperor demanded that he be cast out
or the whole Spire would eventually pay, and during that time was told by the Provost
that he was going to remove him, as the Provost thought the words of Wijara were
possibly true, that he was an actual agent of the Barons. Given the chance to
serve Order, Ogae was inspired, and felt his path was right, but after hearing the
truthful thoughts of Llyion, the Provost who originally gave him the chance,
that they were considering relieving him from duty was... disheartening at best.
Experiencing these things, Ogae's passion for order dwindled, and a source less voice
crept into his mind, telling him things that made him feel conflicted, but yet
he reestablished himself firmly and built his resolve around being a Magistrate.
Yet now, another voice, another person speaks to him about "Truth", and that he shackles
himself, while true power and authority, similar to the ideals of the "One Law" were
spoken to him by Amentat. This necromancer has dug at the previous confliction in
Ogae's mind, and he doesn't know where to go, or what to do, as he's confused, and
feels now that the Spire is weak, and that they do not even aid him, as if they
don't really want him around.
Conflicted and marked for life, where does Ogae turn, or does he stick to his course?
And this voice, who was it, what was it trying to do, other than confuse Ogae
and give up on what he thought was what he truly sought? Regardless, he will always
be marked for death, and his allies amongst the Spire seem weak and unable to aid
him, with most of what he's accomplished being on his own, should he really stay
amongst their ranks?
A conflict to realization, a weakness shed and darkness strengthens him, Praise Morius.

A change... a change was needed, and a change was made in Ogae's life.
What he thought he desired, and what he truly desired were further apart
than he realized. Ogae, while thinking order meant power, armies, guards, rules
that were followed meant power, he was further from the truth and with the help
of Father Morius, and a few others, came to a realization about such.
The Empire, the Spire, only shackles to my true being, but what was my true self?
This thought agonized Ogae, because more than ever, he wanted to become strong
and wanted to know this, what was he missing, what was his true self? The pint
up anger, the desperation of being marked and hunted, the passion he felt so deeply
and pride in his accomplishments. The lust and greed for more power, what was he really?
For days, Ogae studied the book of Morius, seeking to learn himself, learn what his true
self was. And it always felt as if he came up short at realizing what it is. Has
he been living under the shackles of weakness of others for so long he couldn't?
If that were the case, he had to do something to make the change, to unshackle his
clouded mind, and his soul, and in this, he retired from the Spire, unclear of his
next move. Though, he did have something in mind, serving Morius and following under
the path of darkness, the ones who do anything to seek the power they wish and need to
any ends, this felt particularly aligned to Ogae, as being tolerable of weakness was
something he never experienced, even as a child growing up the Volcano, where
daily beatings were given to those weaker than them, and demoralization, though even
that would make those who survive stronger than most.
It was decided, if Ogae was to suffer in this world, being hunted and marked for death
by the masses, then he would do it with his own will, his own strength, and with
Morius who he seeks to indulge in, like a fine cup of wine, through the darkness of
the Eternal night.
