Description

Before you lies, an obviously huge beast with what appears to be dark red eyes, and seems to stomp around, rather than walk from place to place. Well sculpted, this orc appears that everything he has gotten in life, seems as if it was a struggle. Cuts can be found throughout his body, his legs, arms, and even his face. This orc stands about 7 feet tall, and is bald. His tusks in the front of his body, almost seems as if they were sharpend like a sword, as they are unsually sharp. He either has a slight deformity to his face, or is always walking with a snear. It might not be wise to ask him about it. Looking in more detail, you notice:

Today is the Day!

"Finally! I am strong enough that the guards will let me out of Grinning 
skulls!". 

Omugug was clearly excited, as today was the day that he could venture 
out of the Grinning skulls and head to the town of Galadon, where he 
could apply to be a law man, as he had heard legends of their greatness. 
He had read the book of laws that he took from the Elven Lawman paladin 
stupid enough to come to Grinning Skulls and was an expert on the laws.

However, upon reaching Galadon, his dreams slowly appear to be fading. At 
first, the guards at the eastern gate laughed and spit on him as he tried 
to enter Galadon. "We don't allow your kind here". What?? Why??
He tried to explain that there was no law outlawing Orcs, and that this 
wasn't fair, he had rights as a citizen.
The guards literally let everyone else by, but orcs, they let the 
criminals with active warrants get by, they allowed humans, gnomes. 
arials, giants, duergar, and even the elves of both colors. Disgusted. 
but still determined, Omugug wandered a bit farther to the north, trying 
to determine a way to get the to Tribunal leadership.

At the northeast gate, he noticed that those guards appeared to have been 
drinking heavily that day, and were very drowsy and one had even fallen 
asleep. Taking advantage of this, he slumped down, started murmuring like 
he was a giant and slipped past the guards. 

"Now, I can go pledge to the Tribunal!". Omugug, made his way to the 
Tribunals, but there were more arrogant guards there, and simply scoffed 
at his pledge, and told him his heart was not orderly enough to ollow, 
and especially incapable of enforcing rules. They laughed, and said "An 
orc that thinks he knows the law? Orcs don't know Laws!"

Showing Them!

Added Fri Aug 21 04:16:48 2020 at level 26:

Omugug left Galadon, before his rage stomped the guards and nearby elves 
to the ground. "I will show them, I know the laws and can enforce them! I 
will do what they fail to do, Kill Criminals!", "They will see" he 
exclaimed in a fit of rage. Omugug will show the people of Galadon, that 
"ORC LIVES MATTER", and that orcs were not worthless and scum that the 
Galadonians think. 

He went back and throughly versed himself in the laws. They were etched 
into his brain, and he would show those guards that orc lives do matter. 
They will one day recognize his ability to track and kill criminals, and 
citizens would be afraid to break the laws once again. He will cull out 
the tree and burn it to the ground to show them.

Omugog had left galadon that day. He had a purpose, "Destroy the tree" 
and "Protect the laws". He would become a better unofficial tribunal than 
any of the "official" ones.

Omugug Rage Grows!!

Omugug has destroyed criminals, and hunted down those that have broken the law, when Tribunals were not around doing their job, but do the Tribunals 
change their minds and attitudes towards the orcs? NO! Omugug has given up the quest to help the Tribunals with their job, as they still refuse to open
the gates of Galadon. Omugug is tired of the oppression of those that live in Galadon, and has adopted the philosophy of the treeman in regards to 
Galadon, LET THE CITY BURN! He no longer wishes to protect the city and its laws. Instead he will focus his rage on destroying those that choose to
Thera, and has realized now why the law book was in Skulls in the first place. The Tribunals hate orcs and that hatred seems to stem from their elf leader.

Omugug's rage is growing more and more as he sees how little the Orcs are properly respected.

Another incident

Added Sat Oct 24 19:33:22 2020 at level 45:

It seems that the Tribunals do not know how to do their job. Omu was hunted outside the gates, by Graldon and Garful
and Omu easily put down, Graldon the tribunal outside the gates, and he returned to Galadon as a ghost. However, in the 
battle, Omu was blinded, but knew he was four steps away from galadon, so went into galadon knowing that the paladin,
would be there as a ghost to do his job. He also knew that there were two other lawmen awake that monitored galadon.
However, despite the attack from Garful in plain daylight occurring, it seemed that the paladin decided to look the other way
and the other two didn't even bother to investigate by  asking the boastful Garful

Omu's rage is now growing more and more, as he had thought the prejudice against orcs would have stopped when the elf leader died.
