Description
A tall sun browned figure stands before you, wisps of
braided golden hair flowing about him. A small pointed
nose sticks out between two large blue eyes, glittering
like pools of water. Two thin red lips sit on his high
cheek boned face, pulled back in a grin revealing a set
of well kept teeth. Small stubble grows on his cheeks
adding character to his rather plain face.
Large muscles make up his grubby brown body adding a
sense of physical toughness to him. Large tattoos wrap
themselves the visible skin on his body, while a large
cloak hides other ornaments and characteristics from
view. A strange rock is tied on rope about his neck,
illuminating an eerie yellow glow.
He looks confidently around himself, his braids dancing
with the movements of his neck.

Under the cover of darkness two wolves slip into the human
encampment unseen. The shadows of the moon are small and
the light is dull, the night smells fresh in the middle
of the rain season. Slipping into a tent the wolves drag
a small sleeping child from a bundle of blankets, startling
him awake. Yelling and screaming erupted from the child,
his face twisting into a mask of fear and rage. What were
these creatures to wake him from his sleep? In the midst
of the screaming and kicking the boys parents were startled
awake, quickly grabbing staffs and chasing the wolves from
the tent. In the middle of the confusion Otzo had crawled
from the tent, situated on the edge of the camp, and into
the lush grasses beyond.

Years passed and a young boy emerges from within a deep dark
cave, far to the east of the realm. His long hair is gold
and tangled, his face and body brown from the sun, yet his
eyes shine a deep blue. Otzo had come to understand much of
the realm, the flowers, the plants, the animals. Every day
he would come from the cave, hunt for his meals and bath in
the light from the sun. time passed swiftly this way, Otzo
was just living in balance with the nature, learning and
expanding his horizons.
A Dedication.

Concentration creased Otzo's brow as he seared marks into
his skin, biting his lip and refusing to cry out in pain.
On his forehead, an elaborate mark of sun with its powerful
rays, this representing the centre of his life, his source
of happiness and understanding. On his forearms, two snakes
spiral themselves down to his palms, showing the lighting
speed in which he would strike down those who he would punish
for their defilement of the sun. On his back, a thick spiral
flowing freely about, representing the flow of water which
would rejuvenate the lands which had cared for him. Now he
was ready to seek the deity he had so clearly dedicated
himself to, Lord Innis.

The journey west was harsh, he crossed mountains covered in
freezing cold white grass, where grey skies blocked out
most of the sun's light. But Otzo noticed, the sun still
shone forth. The snow storm raged on and Otzo was forced to
take shelter within a cave. A small fire he lit illuminated
the cave walls and revealed ancient pictures to him. He fell
lands had changed. They are no longer a free place, but a
place full of slavery, order and darkness. Free will was not
always an option, the nature he cared for had been desecrated.

Shivering Otzo woke, the trance from the night before was
clear in his mind, like it was a previous memory of his own.
Staring down at the embers of his fire, only one rock still
burnt and it was burning ferociously, lighting up the whole
cave. Otzo picked up this rock, yet it did not sear his skin.
be used to rejuvenate the whole realm, bringing back the
