Description
Before your vision appears a short bird-like figure, looking much like a
man with wings and a beak. His feathers and crest are black and appear to be
recently dyed or painted. He moves with quick and precise gestures yet his
eyes constantly move here and there, as if he is trying to take in all
scenery at once. His beak appears flawless and sharp like a bird of prey
and is a dull and faded orange color. His eyes are bright and full of life
with a startling blue color.

The son of a prominant war-mage in arial city, a lot was expected of Pesh even before he was born.
He was expected to carry on the position of court mage as was traditional for his family.
When he was born dead to magic his family was shocked. Perhaps something went wrong with the enchantment of the womb.
Regardless, he never received the attention a child should receive and was passed off to various nannies while mother and father were busy mages.
He learned at a very early age to hate magic. Eventually it grew to the point that he would beat up on little children with the gift that he lacked
and bully them mercilessly. He became evil and vindictive and after crippling a child permantently he was cast out of the arial
society. He enjoys beating up mages and bullying the populace in general, learning early on in his adventurers that there was profit in taking their stuff.
He uses Knowledge to his advantage to exploit the weaknesses of his foes and prove that one can be great without having
to be born into powerful magic. He is greedy and self serving though looks for a place to call home be it guild or cabal.
And then..

Hello again. Pesh has found himself a nice home in the village. He's getting along well, more or less, with everyone.
He is probably in his prime about now, and still takes much, much pleasure in killing, harassing, or otherwise doing not-so-nice things to mages.
He is coming along in the guild, and has been thinking about the strength he might find with it in his grasp of control.
Pesh still uses knowledge of his foes to his advantage, and strikes when they are at their weakest. He doesn't flock to courage and bravery and..death..like he has seen his brothers of the village cherish.
He uses cunning and strategery to strike fear into his foes, and then he takes what he wants from them.
