Description
Light blonde hair that is cut rather short shows off his pointed ears and
soft features. This elven man slouches slightly giving off a rather relaxed
demeanor. Several symbols are tattooed on his body most of which are
naturalist symbols. His face is a bit more aged than one would expect but his
eyes are seem full of a certain youthfulness. Standing at roughly 6 foot 10
and about an average build. As you look closer you can see....
Role

Posatalis was born to the Sunglow family who lived among those of the refuge.
His father a shapeshifter and his mother a warrior. He was raised by many
elves, storm giants, and even wood elves. He saw them all as family and spent
years training to be a warrior that could defeat the unnatural as it came. He
trained and though he was one in name he was close to becoming one but he
kept failing a single aspect. He couldn't understand what the dangers of
paladins, azuretouch, or dwarves were and he would argue against it
heavily.
Time and time again he would be explained that they hurt the natural order
of things and should be hunted. He always stated and felt as evil the reavers
would a bigger danger and they hunted and murdered endlessly as long as they
could manage it. They would all tell him it is just the way of nature and
that it wasn't their path. He would argue with them about it constantly but
his words always fell on deaf ears.
Eventually a young azuretouched came to talk to them. Seeking to put an end
to the madness of them hunting her. His father used that as an opportunity to
try and kill her when she came to plead with them. Without thought
Posatalis's blades shot out to strike them...fighting to try and see if he
could save her but it was too late. From there he ran far away from his home.
Knowing truly in his heart he couldn't stay there. His soul couldn't take the
mercilessness of the refuge.
He seek off to find a place to live on his own. Finding Darsylon to be a
place where he could rest for a time. Spending most of his time helping in
the vale fighting off various people who strike out at his kin. Eventually
though he found his abilities lacking and his single focus not feeding what
his soul desired.
He heard about the Fortress from the town's people and decided he would try
and see if he could find people of a similar mindset there.
Some time later he found Captain Aehwic who seemed to have similar
experiences and granted him is mantle. Now as a Squire he seems to have found
a group of caring people who don't expect him to murder people for things
they can't help. Only for their actions. Aehwic made it evident that one's
choices make people who they are. Something Posatalis agrees with deeply. For
now he is happy with what he has found.
Confusion and issues within life. Also Nightmarefueled loss of ability to eat meat.

Much has happened since his joining the Fortress. Conflict with outlanders, a
strange bobcat showing and speaking to him, and him trying to find a balance
between his past and his current self.
came to kill his allies finding only that he would fall in doing so
gave the wood elf a grudge against posatalis for a time. This helped assure
him that the way of Thar-eris continues to focus too much on killing than it
should. Reassuring him of his path within the Fortress. Though the apparent
actions of the Provost to make it illegal to take and defend the scales from
the Spire. Has make him wonder if the bloodthirstiness is just a product of
their war.
Postatalis doesn't care for the law but he doesn't want to see senseless
bloodshed by those of the Light. Pitting pointless lines between each other.
Creating laws like that only serves to kill good men for doing what they
believe in.
bobcat seems to be a hallucination or something or someone reaching out
to him. He strongly believes it to be real despite no one but him seeing it.
Lord Korsgaard seems to think it is a bad omen and pointed him to the Ancient
Ergush who simply told him to keep his eyes open with it. Neither were
helpful but neither we detrimental. He also asked every outlander that he
knows and quite a few of the Fortress though he hides it from the paladins
He doesn't trust them with matters of the wilderness yet. Through everything
he just has more questions every time something is answered.
During his last dream he has become deeply confused with the teachings of
Thar-eris and his nightmares. He feels extremely unnerved when he tries to
eat meat. He keeps thinking of how the meat was once a living breathing
creature.
Failures, Allies taking care of him, and understanding the bobcat.

Posatalis had several issues from slaying an innocent, letting his pride get
the better of him and unintentionally donating to the morian church, and
having his corpse murder innocent souls in Galadon
He is doing well over all as his allies have been keeping him strong. Aurew
though she speaks of Drissa a lot aids him in his hunt. He feels quite bad
for her as she seems to miss this person dearly. Sometimes she says something
that truly breaks his heart and leaves him almost speechless. Captain Aehwic
has re enforced his pride in what he does though he was severely shaken.
Caelfa...complicated name keeps reminding him that he does have a home within
the warden branch if he ever feels he can come back though comforting
Posatalis knows where he belongs. Elithranduil
better and has caused him to trust certain paladins more.
After speaking to the bobcat again he was told that people forget aspects
of the past, how the changing of the seasons affects the activities of the
land, celebrating life and how these things are the life blood of the Light.
Also speaking of once he found his passion he would find his answers. For him
what came to mind and to his he would like to see is for those of the Refuge
to see things more like the Sylvans did or atleast his understanding of such.
He believes that doing this plus trying to get others to enjoy the many
aspects of life, theirs and others lives.
After killing an innocent villagers in a fight with the war master he held
a funeral service for him. He was buried within the balator graveyard with
one of the most expensive gravestones. Written on the gravestone is the
villager's name how he died in an act of cowardice by another. Engravings of
angels and archons are etched beautifully around the edges. At the bottom it
states may the Light only grow after your unfortunate passing. Posatalis
visits the grave when he can. Bringing flowers for the family and remembering
to temper himself. He avoids doing so while a criminal as it is too dangerous
to avoid the guards without harming them.
Returning to the Fortress, Guards, and trying to focus more on celebrating life.

After being kicked from the Fortress for killing a cathedral guard. His life
went down hill for a while. He let his emotions control him as he tried to
make sense of how everything went wrong. Though after sometime his anger
faded letting him start to see things more clearly.
He has started his journey back to the Fortress. Captain Aehwic and
Cardinal Aurew both have given him a way back through a means of either not
being a criminal or living a life by the paladin's code. He cannot see
himself never becoming a criminal which would result in him failing
eventually. The paladin's code would be a more strict version of the previous
which isn't something he can accept.
He is trying to bring people of the Fortress closer as the Cardinal pointed
out his recent selfishness. He has been singularly focused on returning to
the Fortress and has ignored what has mattered to him the most. He hasn't
been enjoying his time with those he cares for. He seeks to remedy this by
making small events for those of the Fortress from dragon hunting to more
closer knit things like a competition at the Arena.
He also intends to use this as a way of teaching them to embrace their
passions in life. Specifically in the only way he knows how is by enjoying
the various aspects of life together. That there is more to life than just
killing the wicked.
Wardens have spoken to him about returning to the Refuge instead. He
isn't against it but he intends to stay committed to the Fortress. Until they
give him an absolute no that he can not join he will still continue his path.
killing the cathedral guard he has been focusing a bit on trying to
protect the guards of the cities more so than before. Trying to reason with
others that don't seem to care about their lives. Worst case physically
fighting to protect them if he is forced to.
