Description
Standing high, nearly 6'4" from the ground, an elf with dark skin
appears almost motionless. A mesh of brown hair crowns his head as a pair
of blue eyes shine as stars through the dark night sky. A long slender
nose, as that of a hawk beak, perches on top of a thin mouth. Ears held in
tight form the frame of this painting....
A slender yet muscular body is garbed in wood, leather and gems, obviously
due to some dislike of metal. Ancients runes can be seen burnt upon his
inner forearms, possibly from some painful ritual.
A natural aura seems to swirl about him with great force.
Role
A lone wood-elf

Quaern Willowbrook was the eldest sun of a Poet and a Healer.
Being such Quaern always possessed a spiritual side, which only
intensified as He grew older and spent more time out in the wild.
He so enjoyed just spending time , speaking with the animals, lounging
with his back against a tree.. At times he truly became one with the woods..
Eventually he began to draw power from the forests... making him quite a
powerful priest... Soon the touch of any metals began to make him sick...
But for years his life went on the same, mending the wounds of animals, and
tending to the trees...
Many years went on as such...the sun rose and set... the moon went through
its cycles....
Eventually word spread to Quaern of a forest not far from a city called
Galadon, which had been burnt down.. hearing of this infuriated the priest!
"What vile beings would do such!?!" Quaern thought to himself.
Disgusted by this news, Quaern made a decision, packed a few meager belongings,
a change of clothes, a wooden mace, and a bit of food and water and headed
towards this forest... to any forest... to restore and heal.

Our spirits all go through a cycle.. death and birth.. birth is the
reincarnation of our spirits in a new physical form. Death is but the door
for resurrection, as the leaves fall from a tree and die in winter, they are
resurrected the next spring.. this would not be reincarnation since the tree
is the same tree. Next anything which has a breath and suffers a wound, it's
body shall mend of the wound, regenerate the flesh..
Finally Quaern's task in life, Restoration. Quearn plans to restore the
woods to their state before vile beings destroyed them or defiled them.
Restoration is the act of bringing something back to its natural rhythm.
As in taking a fish drowning from being out of the water, put the fish back
in the water shall restore it to its natural environment, these are all
life giving.
Life

Quaern has seen many things in his life, he's witnessed Great battles,
fought in some, fled from others, but has always been around to pick up
the pieces.. Quaern loves life, he know life is precious.. at times tis
a simple task to slay... but to breathe life into a being, tis the power
of the gods! So whenever Quaern find a chance to aid someone, perhaps heal
their body before the crone comes for their soul, he shall do such.
The Summer Lords request.

As Quaern started growing in power, He one day heard a whisper upon
the winds... For Quaern's dream of restoring the wilds to come true in his
lifetime, He should seek out the Ancients of Thar-Eris, and aid them in
their fight. Upon this revelation, Quaern went to seek out the Younger.
Having arrived in this Sun-lit glade... a silly looking man in a floppy hat
was plopped down against a tree guzzling something out of a bottle... most
probably wine. This man was also mumbling to himself about wanting mutton
and smiting someone if they bring stale bread again...
Quaern recognized the Lord of Summer and before he made any small talk..
gave him a glass of wine and some berries.... which almost put a complete
smile upon Innis' face. Quaern spoke to Innis of the voice uponm the winds
and what he must do. Innis seemed shocked and surprised..
"Quaern, I've known from the moment I met you , that you shall aid us
in the restoration of our lands, but your calling has come to soon... You
still have a bit of growing and learning to do.. I sense you have the heart
and spirit of a hunter, and I know one day your name shall be carved into
the tree of life and even the great Huntress shall nod at you... but alas
my lad, tis too soon... so go out.. learn more of life, of death, of war.
for this is not a fight you prepare for, this is a war and a bloody one
at that, a war where there shall be but one victor. So go out
Quaern Willowbrook and do what needs to be done, and know the Summer walks
with you."
And with that the Younger disappeared as a leaf in a hurricane.
Quaern turned about, even more determined, and set off upon the path
He knew he must take.
Blood upon a Soul.

I was walking through the forest... one that lies in ancient past..
I saw a vile duerg named Grunlath, stabbing the guardians there... I crept
up upon him, and at his weakest moment, pounced!
A fierce battle insued, I called down a moonbeam upon him, threw fire seeds
at him, asked my friend, an adder, to aid, and he did.
Alas, I was weakened during the fight, and had to seek refuge... but this
dark dwarf... He has not seen the last of me!
