Description
Standing before you is a petite elven lady starring back at you with her
innocent, almost child-like baby blue eyes that flutter at you. Long, black
hair extends down her back, and stops just above the back of her knee.
She looks to have two different ears. One of them belongs to her elven
upbringing, while the other ear looks to flicker and turn into a bats ear.
Walking with a limp from one leg being longer than the other, with both
feet looking like the hooves of an animal that are hoovering off the ground.

From time to time I pull out the wooden doll that my mother gave to me
long ago. Seems like that was a lifetime ago back in our small group of villages.
Since I have taken my oath to protect the cities, I see myself as the mother to all
three of them. Galadon is my special child, as I've been stationed here my entire life.
Voralian city, along with Hamsah are the twins. I see them as the same, but with
much different ideals. Then there's the city of Seantryn Modan. A city that is known
as the adopted son of my other three children. A city far from the holy land of
Galadon, and you must pass two large oceans to visit. No one ventures there, and not
much commerce is done in that city. I do not know why they dont forget that city
and seek to move the Tribunals influence north to the city of Udgaard. A city of fine
guards, and patrollers, ever so eager to fight the wanted criminal.
I left my home long ago to take on more responsibility in the name of order. I came
to the Tribunal because long ago, a Vindicator came to our village looking for a
criminal. He followed the tracks of the crirminal to our gates. The gates that my
mother watched for years. I wasn't much at that time. I barely knew how to turn my
skin to the soft shell of a turtle. But that one got my attention, because my mother
looked at him with a great deal of respect and admiration. My father died to the
outlanders before I was born, but that was the last time the others said Outlanders
came to bother us. My mother was in charge of enforcing the law of our small band
of villages. She was there when my father died to the one called, The Nightreaver.
she took his spot at the top. She was there for years, and could still be there today.
I do not know, as I left to come here when I figured out what kind of power I had.

I carry the doll around wherever I go. Always on me, or in my knapsack. It's part
of a time lost. A time when my mother was free from duty to take me to the plays of the
Eternal Star. Life was great at that time. My mother got off her shift, and we'd make
the long trip back to the three cities. Walk down Sumners road, and watch a play.
Just the two of us. She bought me the doll at one of the concession stands. This one
had all kinds of masks, and whips as well, but I really wanted that little wooden doll.
I wonder what my mother would think of me now. I've been serving the Spire for many
years now. She taught me at a very young age, that if you can't trust another you work
with, then you need to get rid of them. To get rid of them, you must advance in rank.
You do this, and you can chissel and get rid of all the imperfections you work with
until you've got something perfect, and something you can be proud of. I've done such.
Never have I been worked with those of the light. Never have I been looked at as being
evil. I've always just been me. That was until I took the post with one of the paladins
from the Voralian city guild, named Dakilebso. We butted heads often, and I told him
exactly what I thought of him. To not hunt a criminal because they are one of the light
is not acceptable, and he did so many times. Traveling with criminals, and helping
those of the light take the Empires item of power. The Empire isn't all that great, but
they do have some sort of order in their hearts. I've come to learn that order to them
doesn't mean the same as it does to me. They believe order must be upheld unless another
is watching. Order when someone is watching, if none are, then get away with what you can.
I eventually got rid of the paladin, but was most difficult with an inept Provost.
I had never seen a paladin lie to another, and be so concerned with what they wore.
I've never read the paladin code, but I do have an understanding of it, and he didn't
seem like a paladin to me. He belonged with those of the Fortress, and that came to fruition.
He left the magistrate, and lived out his final days following around the Fortress.

Through years of service and dedication, I advanced to that of a Provincial. This
Spire was going to look like I wanted it to look. I wanted fear to creep into the souls
of those who seek to committ crimes. I want them to fear me so much that they dare not
come into a city for the small chance I will find out about them and kill them.
My mother told me long ago that we cannot control the shapes the gods allow us to turn
into. We can only use what we know for the defending of all things that are orderly.
I was born with the ability to relate to the avians of Thera. I knew from a young age
that I was meant to fly. To hunt in the sky and watch the land below. I learned
to change into the shape of a Horned Owl, and that of a Lion. Being an owl
has limitations that I am not use to. To hunt a criminal, one needs to be cunning, and
strike when the time is right. The owl allows me to see at night, but the ability to
strike is quite limited. That is when my fierce soul takes me to the shape of a Lion.
In that shape I've taken down many criminals. My hunting instincts mesh well with the Lion.
I only wished I learn a more aggressive arial form. A form that wouldn't allow a criminal
to get away. I can track well, so when I change to the Lion, not many get away.
Maybe one day through service and dedication, my guildmaster will allow me to learn
another form. A form more for striking from the skies, and chasing those who break
my laws down the eastern road and spilling their blood on the streets for all to see.
Maybe when I take the throne of the blood tribunal, I will be rewarded with such.
But, first, I must get rid of the fearful gnome that sits around all my guards
when there are criminals roaming the streets of Thera. He told me that wasn't hi
job to go after criminals, when the executioner has said it is his job. He still
just hides in the city, and doesn't move. All talk and no bite, that's him.
The Blood Tribunal cannot be run by one that is scared of blood, or refuses to go after
those who've broken laws. Fear must be instilled into all, and letting them know
that if they break one of the laws, they will suffer the consequences. To get rid of
him, I must do what I can, and use who I must. I want to put an emphasis on everyone
that I plan on bringing the Blood back to the Blood Tribunal. Law will be upheld.
