Description
Looking at this man he appears to be quite an ecentric individual, with dark
black hair twisting up in short spirals at many points on his head, all
neatly arranged, but still odd. Rather large and bright blue eyes adorn his
rather attractive face, by human standard, and seem to have some inner fire
burning. He is very well groomed seeming to take pride in his appearance and
individuality with fine clothing, though of dark hue. A hint of fine alchohol
wafts through the air about him and when he is awake he is often heared
humming some sort of dark and brooding rhyme or another with his fingers
playing along his instrument of choice for the mood or occasion.

Raasl Rhymeweaver was born to a rather popular family of bards serving as
touring muscians and performers. Thus was he raised on music and rhymes, and
oddly enough never learned to speak in any way but rhymes and song. His
particular families talents seemed to be rhymes, and as such is where the
family name has come from. This particular bard has been forced to speak
without song or rhyme before, but it was painfully forced by the master of
the band. Raasl has forever hated the man and has always had a darker
disposition than most children and this allowed dark seeds begin to form
within his heart. Raasl yearned for something more than a boring traveling
band and the stupid children he could manage to torture when the adults
weren't paying enough attention. He began studying various poems and epic
stories, mostly of horror and tragedy, and through them Raasl learned of the
Empire and with the dark seeds of evil already boiling in his heart, he
decided perhaps he would be more than a simple storyteller. He would bring
powerful songs to war and have songs written about himself, perhaps writing a
few himself, and find himself admist the moment of the action enthralled and
excited by the ruthlessness of it all. He is no fool to believe it will be
easy, though, knowing full well that he will have to work his way up to a
place of power and respect. This goal he will acheive though, through
shrewdness and cunning using his songs to subtly persuade the moods and minds
of those around him to his liking, for all minds are malleable in the right
hands...
