Description
Eloquently made gray silk robes hang about the full length of this tiny man's
body connecting to a collar that rises around eye level. His eyes, a pair
of sapphire colored orbs peer intently from his visage accented only by a
large wizards hat. The wide sleeves of his robe extend down covering
everything but a discrete pair of bony fingers and only a few strands of
silver hair dangle from beneath his over extravagant hat. He carries with
him a wooden walking staff, knotted at the top and charred black in color.
Other than his staff the only other wares you dsicern is a medium sized
tattered leather knapsack draped about his right arm, many peices of
parchment extend from its top flap. As you take one last look at this
percuiler figure you note that...

*Far to the north, over the mountains and near Hillcrest a small cottage
comes into view. Its a simple structure with a small herb garden in the front
surrounded by a white fence.*
*You see in the distance a small gnome playing in the dirt with a few wooden
toys. Suddenly a more regal looking gnome with a wizards hat bursts into the
scene within a huge puff of purple smoke!*
"What do you think YOUR doing Ranoofaluu!" - The wizard says
enthusiastically.
The gnome child (who is now laughing historically) only replies "I love it
when you do that grandfather! Can you teach me?"
*-------------------------------------------------------------------*
Ranoofaluu was raised by his grandfather in the mountains near Hillcrest.
From an early age he became interested in the wonder of Magic. Oh what
secrets did it hold he thought? Or wonders for that matter.
Certainly he was a bright student. But their came a time when even
Ranoofaluu's grandfather knew he had surpassed his teachings. And it was at
this time that Ranoofaluu was sent to live in Galadon to study under the
great shapeshifters guild.
Ranoofaluu was also a mischievous gnome he love to play pranks on his masters
and before long he had quite the reputation. He wasn't afraid to face
anything either! This amoung other things caused quite a few situations in
which he would for lack of a better phrase "bite off more than he could
chew".
Always though Ranoofaluu remained true to his grandfathers teachings, he
loved magic. He wanted to protect it and he would do so at all costs.
