Description

This male Drow stands about 6 feet tall, his lean, muscular frame draped in luxurious dark silks embroidered with silver thread. His obsidian skin is flawless, accentuated by the subtle gleam of gemstones set in his robes. Silver strands streak through his meticulously styled white hair, cascading to his shoulders. His sharp, angular face is framed by high cheekbones and a narrow, aristocratic nose, while his violet eyes twinkle softly. Fine silver rings and jewelry adorn his hands, each piece a symbol of his status, while a delicate crystal vial hangs from his neck.

In the dimly lit chambers of Teth Azeleth, a city nestled deep within the
Underdark, Ryldryn L'zaryl stood before a cracked mirror. His violet eyes
flashed with determination. Ryldryn had always been accused of being
impossibly vain. As the youngest son of House L'zaryl, a minor yet influential
noble house, Ryldryn had spent his life steeped in the ancient traditions of
his people. His family had once been renowned for their prowess in the arcane
arts, but his path diverged early. He could not stomach neatly folding into
the expectations of his house. He needed more, he was more.

On one occasion in the temple, Ryldryn discovered a small dusty scroll, tucked
away in an unassuming corner. The scroll was a brief tract written long ago -
a treatise from one who followed a God named Rillan. Ryldryn was
enthralled...to leverage the vast systems of power in this world to his
benefit... and of course the masses. Ryldryn loved the adoring eyes of others.
He always knew he was destined for something far greater than the Underdark
could ever offer.

The underground cities of the Underdark were fraught with suffering-wounded
warriors returning from battle, slaves broken by cruelty, and children torn
apart by the unforgiving environment. The cold, pragmatic forces of House
L'zaryl had no time for the weak, but Ryldryn had always seen an opportunity
in alleviating pain. Small prayers began to be met with an unknown entity's
undeniable presence and power. To wield the power of healing, to tend to death
and life, in this Ryldryn saw something to set himself apart. And he found he
was quite exceptional at it.

Setting his eyes on the surface Ryldryn moved immediately to take the blood
oath. What better path to his goals than this? Ryldryn would climb the heights
of power, secure his place as the savior of the people bask in their
adoration.
