Description

A large giant is before you towering all the way up to 12 feet. You notice his skin appears almost charred all over as you also notice many small scars all over various parts of his body. Most noticeably you see a long scar stretching down his left cheek to almost two inches. His dark orange hair contains streaks of black as you notice it's tied up in a ponytail extending just below his shoulders.

Role

His Blind Path

Added Tue May 24 18:14:23 2005 at level 30:
Simka was born deep within the depths of Mount Kiadana-Rah.
Upon giving birth his mother became very ill and died the
very next day. He was forced to be raised by his father,
who Simka had felt resented him. After his mother's death,
his father began studying the darkest of magics known amongst
the anti-paladins. Simka noticed slight changes in his
father's manuerisms as his father's anger and rage grew
very deep. One eve his father had learned a new spell in
the Bloodlust of the Twelve Fiends. It was very apparent
that his father sought more power and strength, however
in his chaotic ways, upon using the spell for the first time,
he went into a blind rage slaying all that dared stand near
him, I was fortunate enough to be in the confines of the house
however, I had to watch my crazed father. After slaying a few
guards, the elite guards were sent in. They were swift and
killed my father with ease with their numbers, even chopping
his head off to finish him as he attempted to keep fighting.
Upon that eve, Simka resented the magics that his father had
worked so hard to learn. He convinced himself that magic
should not be wielded be a mere mortal after seeing what it
did to his father. And with that he set off from the Mount
to attempt to erradicate what he then knew as the taint from
Thera. This would be the blind path that he would walk for
thirty-five years after the incident in the Mountain.

His Awakening

Added Fri May 27 00:17:50 2005 at level 32:
After setting out into the great realms of Thera Simka
knew many endless possibilities would be presented
before him. He had heard many tales of the various
cabals and religions, the most prominent at the time
was of the village and of course the sphere of strength
as he was a fire giant. He had convinced himself that
his father was a meager fool attempting to harness
the powers of magic of which he would learn later
that his father was wrong in an entirely different
aspect. So Simka trucked on through Thera, convinced
that he must not use magic and seek the Village of
BattleRagers. After gaining a recommendation Simka
went to attempt to gain another one even though
it was supposedly not needed at the time. So he spoke with
an elder thief from Battle after speaking with him extensively
Simka did not answer some questions right on the Village's
past, despite knowing a good bit that he thought to be true.
So the thief told him to study more of the Village's past.
Simka shrugged off the denial and went to another villager.
It was another supposed Veteran of the Village and Simka
actually corrected the questioning of the "Veteran" as he
asked of the six, rather then seven immortal beings of the
Village. After which Simka was questioned more of the
Village's first battle. The Veteran told him to learn more of
the past of the Village. So Simka set off to the Lyceum to
learn of this past. To his dismay he learned how meager
these barbarians were and truly weak in the past and even now as
they denied him entry, which was a true godsend. Simka
continued upon this supposed true path until a contemplation
finally arose in his rather empty head. This was all stirred upon
a battle with an imperial, which Simka had lost. After living in
Thera for a good 35 years, having a large amount of training
and fighting under his belt that perhaps he was walking a
false path. Simka had chosen to be of chaotic ethos,
just as his father was always chaotic in nature. And at that
his father attempted to harness the black magics that be
in that very same fashion as he attempted to fight off the
guards. Now Simka's path of true Strength could be attained
in many different ways, however he knew it would be best fit
where he could attain much power as his father had attempted,
but in a much more orderly way. So he pledged his allegiance
to the great Empire who he had great tales of from before many
lands were forged in the days of Istendil and even more recent
conquering. He would now harness the magic using his honed
skills of the warrior guild and work his way up through the ranks
of this Empire and attain true power through his Strength.

The Empire

Added Sat May 28 21:31:35 2005 at level 35:
Simka's father only sought power it seemed after his
mother's death. As Simka saw the err in his chaotic
ways, he would now battle amongst the Empire to
spread one Order throughout Thera. Simka would
attain this power his father sought using both
his intellect and strength he holds. As Simka entered
the ranks of the Mighty Blades, he would rise through
their ranks after he first attempts to gain his
specialization back which he was stripped of by
the great Lord Ordasen for finding his true path
and not foolishly wasting the village's time or
that of his own. However, the Lord saw it fit to
punish the young giant for doing as such.
