Description
In front of you is a svirfnebli of rather small stature, though he seems
well exercised and rather muscular. He wears a cape which is at least
human-sized, so it's hardly tailormade.
His face is hidden by a close fitting scarf but the the skin that is
visible is ghastly white and missing some parts showing bone, sickly
vascular tissue dripping with putrid pus.
Most of his body is covered in black armor, probably coloured by a
charcoal substance, to remove reflections of sunlight.

Early on living in Lower Cragstone was not something that treated Swyrtt
Echmororgh well, neither did it serve his peers, his parents or his so-
called friends.
The longing for fresh air and the skulking in taking stonecutter lessons,
did bring an edge to relationsships in his somewhat miserable youth.
Several incidents come to mind:
Always skulking and sneaking around the natural caves and crevices did bring
him to an ill-fated meeting with the Cavefisher at an early age, the claws
removed most of his face and only due to a subliminal invocation of stoneskin
did he survive. His face did not, and it did not get much prettier with age.
Eventhough comeliness is not a thing that carries the most weight in svirfnebli
society, the introvert behaviour and accelerating alienation towards his class-
mates and peers. Resulted in the the first Echmororgh family member being
expelled from the stonecutters academy.
Being expelled changed the emotions of Swyrtt Echmororgh, without a clear path to
achieve something. He drifted around often going to Upper Cragstone and out to
the plains, lying in the grass and contemplating living a life outside
Cragstone.
His parents being proud stonecutters and with a distinct family tree of exactly
such, was abhorred by the complete failure of their firstborn. Not only was he
not a boon to the eyes, he was without a craft! He was told in no uncertain ways
that he had overstayed the lodgings of the Echmororgh household and was set
free...
