Description
Iridescent scales that shift from the darkest of twilight to the color of
various jewels make up the sinewy build of the figure before you. Almost as
a testament to being loved by nature, various flora and fauna sprout from
her tail in a brilliant array. Every detail of her being seems meticulously
thought out by the gods. Symmetry, beauty, and an almost painterly
appearance are the three things that come to mind as you regard this
saurian. Her diamond shaped head sits atop an elongated neck that moves with
grace and deadly precision. Golden eyes with crimson reptilian slits, stare
pensively as she takes Thera in with full regard. Her armament accounts for
her connection to nature more than anything. Assorted pieces of bone, fur,
wood, and jewels outfit her in a way that lets you know she is prepared to
be predator and not prey. Upon further notice you note that-

The Cycle Anew
Added Sun Jul 7 15:07:33 2024 at level 18:
Sra now beckons new life
Druid priest of the cycle.
Weh makes makes all anew.
This was the journey that stood before Tiachga, a rarity amongst the land,
sea, and heavens above. A druid who understood that Life (Sra) and Death (Weh)
were parts of a whole opposed being separate entities. She was born with the
responsibility and burden already placed upon her-since the death of the
previous saurian druid is what breathed life anew. Like a star plucked from
the heavens and given sentience she felt more attached to nature than those
around her. Yearning for the whispers on the wind and grounded by the lull of
the waves. It was this detachment that initially drew concern amongst her
village. For she was nothing like the Druid before her- that was grounded in
the responsibility and sense of duty that came with their position.
Tiachga however felt like the responsibilities of the village stifled her,
like a caged bird she was only allowed to spread her wings so far. Come to
know the lands only so much. To her- it was a direct confliction of who she
was...and what she knew she was to become. When she tried to plead with her
people, they dismissed her worries as madness. For it had ALWAYS been the duty
of the Druidic Priest to remain within the village and protect it with all
they were. To Tiachga- it was selfish and unbecoming. For her prophetic dreams
spelled that she was destined for So. Much. More. What she was to their
village is what she felt in her heart was her duty to the lands as a whole. So
within the dead of night, she set out to learn of the lands and the Goddess
that called to her in waking vision. In her place she left behind a dahlia and
haiku entitled "The Cycle Anew".
Beginning Breakdown of Tiachga
Added Sun Jul 7 15:08:43 2024 at level 18:
*Tiachga will utilize poetry as a grounding mechanism throughout the highs and
lows of life and death.
*Tiachga has the uncanny ability of smelling death and seeing life.
*A prophetic being who by the blessings of the Ancients can sense links of
past, present, and future, through the lands about her.
*Her personality will be rather aloof and otherworldly. But in moments of high
stress or importance she focuses on instinct and what it takes to be an apex
predator.
*Her character arc can hopefully be something where she goes from running away
from her initial responsibilities to rising to the occasion.
*Keeping her role and characteristics relatively open so Tiachga can grow
through interaction and religion.
Breathless Forevermore!
Added Thu Jul 11 14:44:20 2024 at level 33:
As Tiachga exited the waters of Tsyinil, she emerged forever changed. Blessed.
Free. Resolute. Clarity and peace washing over her iridescent scales. It was
in the moments that she took to plant seeds for those returned to the soil,
that she was able to process not just her encounter with Lady Rarywey- but her
life since leaving the Saurian Village.
Freedom was no longer an illusion that clouded her vision. Feeding her with
false importance, while robbing her of voice and vision. She was not able to
be all things to the land, the ancients, and those who lived for and with
Thar-Eris. The caged bird was free and oh how she sang. Sang from the depths
of the Aryth, to the mountains high above Calandryl.
Understanding what it felt to be caged, to be silenced, and to be robbed of
her personalized fate. She now fought for others to never experience such and
nurture those who had not found solace in their welcomed fate or the Cycle of
Sra and Weh.
As Lady Rarywey taught Tiachga. Your fate belongs to you and it is your
journey to make. Like living off the lands you find yourself in what is
given. And with your faith you declare within your dreams and upon the stars
your convictions will be written.
So it was with this new found empowerment that Tiachga wove her dreams into
the tapestry of the stars. She would be Mother of Nature forever more. A
fierce protector. A loving nurturer. And an adept follower of the Cycle of
Life and Death. For there is sweet poetry to be found in the ebbs and flow of
life.
And through the highs and lows she will remember to dance in the rain. For
there is nothing more powerful than a wild woman.
Battaglia of the Full Moon
Added Sun Aug 4 23:38:29 2024 at level 51:
I was not brought into this world-these realms to be neither silent nor still.
I am the gnashing of teeth and the guttural roar of the ancients.
A mixture of sea salt and brimstone, with scales as colorful as the compressed
gems of Thar-Eris.
It took me ages to figure this out, to realize that within me was a sea of
rich memories and waves of life worth experiencing.
I was far from the saurian in the cage-a druid by name and title alone. Cries
of anguish, bloodshed, and howls beneath the fullness of the moon led me to
realize that in this life. There is only room for duality to guide my heart
and spirit. This is what it truly meant to be a Druidess and follower of
Rarywey.
I am the nurturer and the protector.
The fighter and the soothsayer.
The creator of visions and incinerator of pox upon Mother's tender flesh.
For within was the might of the ancients and the wisdom to understand how and
when to utilize it.
Most importantly, I have faith in my Goddess and in life's rich bounty to see
it through until the eddies claim me once more.
Until then, I will continue to weave my dreams within the star-filled nights
and dance under the moonlight. That seems to love my scales as much as I do
it.
To Lead the Pack?
Added Sun Aug 4 23:40:55 2024 at level 51:
The Harbinger was a good man. Kind, studious, and sprightly like freshly
upturned soil. But as the months continue onward, the power of the defilers
swell. This led me to question how one could lead his pack from behind the
dreams. Kindness will not win this war, and absence only makes way for pox to
stifle the Ancients by their roots.
I question now whether it is my place to speak or watch and wait. For we all
have our part to play in this star-fated life, we have found in the Tree. I
simply question-what is my part in all of it? Time will tell, but until then,
I continue to face the defilers with sharp talons and gnashing teeth.
