Description

A huge beast with pale gray skin hovers above the ground. His coarse white hair is knotted into a single braid that falls down his back. Black eyes glare from beneath a heavy brow, and his mouth twists into a feral expression. A massive ragged bear skin is draped across his shoulders and bound loosely across his body, the gaping mouth of the bear framing his head in an eternal snarl. The skin was once white, from the frigid North, but now is stained with dirt and grease and dried red blotches that surely must be blood. His twisted arms are ripped with hardened muscle as his clawed fingers close around a split oaken axe haft.

Long overdue, but it's a simple role and I've expressed it fairly well through
interactions:

Basically, Tjok is from the Northwestern frozen plains.  His people lived free,
as hunters and gatherers, until they were pressed by Loke's forces.  Fighting
for their lives, they banded together into a tight community and raised a
King among themselves.  Moreover, they called to holy paladins from the
South for aid against Loke.  This did not slow Loke's progress much, as the
armies tore down and sacked Bryn Shandar.  Tjok was angry with his people and
left the lands he could no longer call home, seeking a return to the old
ways and blaming the losses to Loke on a spiritual weakening among
his clans.
