Description
Before you stands a tall arial nearly seven and a half feet tall. His
feathers are a mixure of a deep royal blue down into a light blue with green
fleks. Ornate armor covers most of his body, some parts are left uncovered
for mobility and dexerity. A shiny brass bladed glaive is attached securely
to his back and his hands look calloused and the feathers there look rough.
Long slender legs stretch up into a fit angled torso, his arms are lanky and
covered with small feathers. A sharp long beak resides on his face and his
eyes are the same green color as the fleks on his feathers. Those eyes dart
around the area and his ears are perked for any warning signs of what is to
come. His body is just slightly aloft with massive, yet delicate wings that
have white stripes on his royal blue coloring.

Life started for Tolchec in the high mountains of arial city. Like most
avians he took a weapon for his way of life as a warrior. The shadows did not
interest him for he was a prideful bird. As well the arcane did not interest
him because he felt that his own strength and cunning is what makes one
great, not the magical veil they hide behind.
At about twelve years of age, he became interested in the avian guard. So he
seeked out this task and took it on. For a long time he was only a guardsman,
but a strange one at that. Most of his peers were interested in the sword and
daggers and such that were common in the world for his kind to use. But
Tolchec liked the in your face action of his bare hands, and the when on
guard duty he would use a long mithril polearm.
From his perch above the city he would watch and sometimes circle the city of
exercise. He was usually alone in his exploits, and as such the other dubbed
him Tolchec Pridesoar, it fit well with his headstrong demeanor. After a few
years of guard duty he was advanced to the royal guard. Although his head was
one for law and order, the thought of injustice all over Thera ate at him,
and after a long while he left to help correct the biggest injustice that he
deamed a problem, Anarchy.
Those that broke the rules of man were nothing more than a dog found eating
someones trash. Strike them down with unrelenting fervor he did, he would
soon seek out the blood tribunal and the blessings of the divine being known
as Grurk. In his almost unhealthy pursuit of that which was just he became
allied with all sorts of races that he could bend and use for the greater
purpose of conducting order and justice on a grand scale.

**I haven't written more role on this character for a while, I have been
trying to feel out his quirks, wants, desires, ect. I will add more when I
deem it necessary.
Tolchec was successful up and well into his middle aged years. He could never
find time to search out the divine named Grurk for he was too entrapped and
tangled up into his love for law and order. Make provincial magistrate in
under five years within the tribunal, Tolchec was moving along quiet fast.
His goal was to take the office of Vindicator, while this would afford him
oppurtunities to serve justice in a more direct route that he enjoyed and
understood, he was not opposed to taking another position for the sake of law
and order.
As with any short lived race, Tolchec had obsessed about law for years and
years. In his search for the criminal Jeha, a known battlerager, he came
across a young fela in the blackclaw village that caught his eye. A
prostitute as it were that worked in the Poisoned Cup Tavern. He began as a
fondness for her, that struck him in awe, but soon he lusted after her smoky
gray fur, her slender athletic build, and the way her eyes haunted him even
in the coarse of current battles, he found it hard to concentrate and so
started to slip in his mostly solid tactics.
Like other things, Tolchec found that the Empire was more aid, than any other
faction on the face of Thera. For they were the only ones that pretty much
never struck inside of town, and so they had Tolchec's support. He himself
could careless about the empire and its wants, he used them to their end, and
to be fair provide his support when he deemed it necessary. He also found it
amusing to be an ear or a whisper in their great game of politics.

After speaking with the Reverie, Marmaanth, Tolchec let the lich know of his
wishes to take the office of vindicator. Although he was steadfast in his
faith of the law, Tolchec was worried about his fela love that lived in
blackclaw, Sthenda. Taking the vindicator position would only put more her in
more danger from the increasing outlander hordes. If they were to catch wind
of her importance to Tolchec, then they could possibly destroy his position
inside the spire. His duty and love for the law will not allow him to give up
what he has strived for since he took up arms with the blood tribunal. Though
Tolchec has never felt this way about any other being, and so he would do
Anything for her.
