Description
A rather short figure with dark skin is rather remarkable for her
glowing white eyes with no visible pupils. Her hair, cut very short,
is also of very unusual hue of white, almost the pure snow white.
Her skin is full of strange tattoos depicting symbols in unknown
language and geometric shapes of curious significance.
The only clearly recognizable tattoo is that on her forehead,
bearing the ominous symbol of the clan Drel'ark of Aran'gird.
Her muscular features make it apparent that despite not even
reaching five feet, the payment for touching her may be dire.
Role
The troubled history of the last true Drel'ark student

Tyuquazza was studying ancient Chaos magic from the always-robed mages
of Aran'gird since she can remember herself. No memory of her parents
remain with her and when she had the bad sense to inquire, she was beaten
senseless with the invisible whip made of magical energy.
She has quickly learned not to ask questions of no relevance.
A vast disdain for anything resembling order and organized society
was instilled in her by the teachers. While it was said that some
in Drel'ark have dedicated time to careful study of the deliberate
and orderly magic, it was also pointed out rather strongly that all
of them have met their end when the carefully drawn pentagram failed
or when a series of incantantions ended on the wrong vowel.
Rather, it was taught to be able to strike with the heavy spear while
reciting a complicated spell. It was taught to zap the wand while swinging
an axe. And it was taught that the chaos of battle and chaos of magic blend
in to be one and the same and the ways to quickly weave the foes to
oblivion are numerous, not one more important than the other.
No other family connection was allowed but Drel'ark name.
No other dedication was allowed other than to the clan.
Unfortunately, as the years have passed and the worthy clan
members died in battles or of old age, the ancient teachings
were forgotten, the Mages of Chaos could no longer recall the
more complicated weavings of times long past.
It was decided that Tyuquazza as the most brilliant student should
seek out the long-lost knowledge in the above world as the rumors
of the rebuilding of an old tower spread to the denizens of the Under.
While foul-mouthed and not overly likely to make friends, she is
fully capable to fend off the enemies and weave the intricate spells of Chaos.
Cuz's and ho's, or a nuanced description of society
Added Sun Mar 12 18:01:09 2017 at level 27:
There are two types of people from Tyiquazza's point of view.
One, much less numerous type, is a Cuz. Someone is deemed so when
he or she has either helped Tyiquazza or is very likely to help her.
It can be a gift, it can be respect, but usually it needs to be something
rather tangible and usually most people fall outside this category.
Of much greater numbers are ho's. By default, some stranger is
usually a ho, unless a person of great power and/or friendly towards
Tyiquazza. One can also skip being a ho if likely to advance Tyiquazza
or her interests, albeit if that doesn't come to fruition, he becomes a ho.
One can easily move between categories, but is always a ho or a cuz.
Usually, when a cuz becomes a ho, there needs to be a ver special reason
like the whimsy of Tyiquazza's mind, to become a cuz again.
Typical ho's are imperials, who are dumb ho's to boot, because in addition
to serving, they also pay to serve their masters. Even Hamsah prostitutes
are smarter in that they demand payment for services, not pay and serve.
The only true cuz's are only other Drel'ark clan members, but there
has been a few acquintances in the Above to warrant such a calling,
albeit, predictably, the Above is as filled with ho's as below.
