Description
This armored construct has been built to resemble a dwarf.
Heavy plates and scaled mesh entirely made of gold-plated
material covers every possible exposure. Dwarven runes
are etched into several places on this warforged assembly.

Bearing the runes of Teiwaz - The Warrior,
Raido - The Wheel, and Thurisaz - The Giant.
The torso has been forged to near perfection, with the
signs of fine, dwarven forging. Fierce, barbed spikes
cover its knee plates, armguards, and hands. Cables are
slightly visible underneath his armored fasteners, going
directly into his block shaped arms. Heat emenates from
its midsection constantly, like a burning furnace. Amid the
the vague ticking sound coming from it, you look upon
its face. The solid gold facade, chiseled immaculately
to the last detail, resembles strongly dwarven features.
Dominatingly clad about its neck, pure mithril braids
create a dense defense under its helmet. From behind
the gold-plated visor, a dwarven beard of shining
mithril ends in arrow tip points. With a constant burn,
its flaming eyes blaze wildly, ready for war.
Role
Vodron online.

.
. Through the wisdom of dwarven forging, and
. magical weaving, a warforged golem was
. created within akan. Leading the project,
. Nikualta had consulted with Tolgrumm, and
. together created this wonderous combination
. of magic and scholar, with craftsmanship.
.
. Upon coming to animation, Vodron knows only
. three directives. Destroy the Wicked, Obey
. Tolgrumm, and to Protect the Innocent.
.
. Using logic, he will process his own reasoning
. to comply and enact his directives. Evolution
. is certainly possible, but ALL choices,
. decisions, or actions, will be to serve the
. ultimate purpose of following his core
. directives.
.
. Developing logic is anticipated by his creators,
. with time and interaction Vodron should be
. able to make decisions regarding how to better
. proceed to enforce the directive.

Fueling the War Machine
Added Wed Jun 5 06:36:37 2013 at level 14:
. Tolgrumms first order, to train and become stronger
. for the fight. Vodron has set out to be sure it
. does this, training and learning the ways of the
. warrior as best it can. After being directed to
. aid a paladin whom was training as well, Vodron has
. reasoned that aiding those whom fight the wicked
. is just as resolving as fighting the wicked. For this
. reasoning it seeks out this sort of company.
.
. Also, after encountering Andira's daughter, the
. half-dryad druid, information was passed to Vodron
. that it is believed there is a soul inside the
. war machine. Reasoning cannot deduct how this is
. possible, however it will be vigilant for further
. signs about this, and learning more of how it was
. forged.
.
. Lastly, the wicked is loosely decided to be simply
. evil, or committing evil acts. Already Vodron has
. begun to strike those sorts, orcs, and the like.
. It has become apparently clear that the wisdom in
. Tolgrumms orders to train, is great.
.
Standing Orders, and Free Will.
Added Wed Jun 5 13:14:39 2013 at level 21:
.
. By order of Tolgrumm, in the event of his death Vodron is to remain
. obedient to the Cardinal, Prophet, Marshall, and any new Captain
. of the Fortress. Too, to aid any of the Light that seek my aid in
. their travels.
.
. After computing these orders, the golem has concluded the most
. efficient route to conducting its directives will be to pledge
. to the Maran. As a Maran weapon, there is no room within its
. reasoning to do otherwise. The leaders of the Fortress will be
. obeyed, and protected.
.
. Also, as the golem comes into contact with travelers, especially
. those that do not understand his creation, it has noted the term
. Free Will has been used often when questioned. Being that Vodron
. has no emotion, he is unresponsive to questions regarding preference,
. opinion, things of that nature. However there is still the possibility
. that it might have a soul. To date, this is irrelevent to Vodron
. for the most part, but it is becoming more and more intelligent.
. Finding answers to what it can not conclusively understand will be
. a mission perhaps, it continues to carry out the directives.
Furthering the directives, Legacy and Edge Choices, and so on.
Added Sun Jun 23 22:34:25 2013 at level 50:
. Tolgrumm is dead and gone. Vodron has maintained its initial
. function and purpose yet. A simple weapon, yet such a complex
. path. Returning to the forge, its armaments were heavily
. upgraded by Nikualta. The plates that clad its hands have
. been refitted with barbed spikes. This not only deals a
. more vicious wound in battle, but strikes at the very grips
. of his enemies, knocking their weapons away with wave after
. wave of these vicious techniques.
.
. Down to the last detail, Vodron has been outfitted with upgraded
. means to repair and so on. Far more heavily fortified than its
. original crafting, the assembly has come a long way.
.
. Immortals that Vodron approaches or crosses paths with can be
. rather dull, or superficial. There is a basic understanding
. that mortals pay homage to something not quite comprehensible
. to Vodron. Even when speaking to an Immortal directly, there
. is little to no impact of divinity that it can understand. The
. place of Baerinika has even been visited simply to ask information
. and declare intentions.
.
. All obviously pure hearted characters, Vodron will fight to the
. death to preserve. Offering his escort is in its reasoning,
. required as part of his third directive. Too, aiding in any battle
. against the wicked, Vodron will be a part of to his capability.
.
. Andira and Rydell... Rydell understands what Vodron is, and
. for that reason is much easier to obey. Andira has however given
. Vodron an order to find an item of interest, that interests
. itself. This is not plausible to perform, given that Vodron
. has no willpower, preference, or opinion. There are Only the
. directives, and to accomplish them is the goal. It's likely
. that Vodron will give Andira its gauntlets, because that is
. the spearhead of the weapon that is Vodron.
.
. Too, taking the lastname of the Creator, like many if not all
. of its legacy and edge choices, fit to the build and idea of
. this machine.
