Description
Before you stands a determined looking pale skined figure, standing roughly
six feet tall. His short, neatly cut blond hair flows smoothly behind a set
of pointed ears. A decorated earring of an unknown make is attached loosely
to his right ear, no doubt ties with a family or clan. His eyes you see to be
a deep green, which glimmer along with the sources of light. You note a
farily slim yet toned body through his varying contrast of armorments as he
looks about at his surroundings, seemingly one for detail and assessment.
Adorned among the armor you note the seal of the Blood Tribunal, both a book
and sword balanced by a set of scales, clearly visible as if worn with pride.
Not appearing one to make trouble he acknowledges most whom pass him by with
polite regard and carries about with a determined vigil.

Born within the wooded civility of Darsylon, Xupreth lived his first few
years. Not remembering much save what his parents had told him of it, they
decided that he would no doubt have a better upbringing in the city of
Galadon, than that of a "narrower mindset" of the former, so to speak. In
Galadon they figured he'd be able to see an open view of various races and
beings in the lands as well as a sense of better right and wrong in the
world. From an early age he quickly took up the call of the warrior, where he
found the best place to serve is where you can make a difference. What better
way then to be able to defend and strike out as needed or required. Generally
always the more quiet, ever watchful type, he learned the ways of respect for
the people around him. Though inherently goodly in nature, he still tries his
best to give everyone the chance to show themselves well intended at first.
His judgment over the years has shown that not everyone is as they seem and
there MAY be some good and proper civility in everyone, but alas some few are
truly wicked or tainted in false paths beyond salvation. He tries to lead by
example in acting how he'd like to be treated within the world around him, in
attempts to make it a better place.
Ideals, Paths

During his many struggles in life he found quickly the trials of the world,
battles, religions and other varied nuances of the land. More particular,
after many brutes striking at him and one finally felling him within the
steets of Hamsah Mu'Tazz is what caused a decision in his life. Even though
late, seeing the respectable just nature of the Justiciar and how he handled
the law itself, Xupreth decided his path to serve among the Blood Tribunal.
The citizens he knows to have longed in having proper represenatives of
proper judgment in life and within which, fairness in a larger sense among
their law givers. He hopes one day to provide this on as high a level as he
can. The world may not always be fair, nor an easy one, but he can do what he
can to ensure people have the best chance at it, where they ought be safe
from harm. In the matters of religion, he has quietly decided to learn all
the can of the Lord Marcatis. The rumors of the lord are many though they
have inspired a sense of awe and wonder that the lord may lead him to a
mindset of true worldy path of judgment which is required but often
unappreciated in today's Thera.
Update in Xupreth's goals, inner thoughts.

Upon working towards his goals to advance within the spire Xupreth was
recently assigned to Galadon with a positive direction towards further
responsibilites. Rather pleased with this new finding he is trying all the
more to ensure the Provost will evenetually find him a place as a Provincial.
His true goal would one day to be Provost himself, or perhaps be known as one
of the elite Justiciars that have graced the lands. Finally managing to learn
well into his studies of daggers and weaponry he had many arguements with the
monks on offering just one extra teaching but they insisted that he only has
one more choice and has been contemplating it intently. A few teachings
having their benefits based on situations. Taking time off-duty to the side
to ensure his paths and actions are proper, always making sure to judge those
in life fairly and ensuring all get their chance to make their marks in
society. Knowing that all will one day be judged how they lived upon their
final death, he wishes to provide this teaching as much as possible to those
in the land of the living of concequences of certain actions and hope that
they live their lives to the fullest and have fun, so long as it does not
betray or negatively affect another in the process. Death and offense comes
to all, though he hopes it is for goodly and just reasons and not senseless
murder with unruly actions few seem to take care to avoid. Life is what you
make of it, through careful choices.. For it is in death that shows the
results of those choices, your impression on others, and the gods'
acknowledgement of how you lived that truly matter.
Spire's Status, Thoughts on the dark

In recent times Xupreth has found he has become more and more adept in his
battles, mayhaps not being able to keep and finish them as much as he'd like
but enough that he can withstand and repel nearly anyone from the cities, at
times with a little luck on his side. Growing all the more concerned for the
state of the Spire, he has made it his duty to be about all the more to serve
the law and ensure there is a Magistrate on duty whenever possible. Due to
recent events, he is unsure his support of another candidate for Provost is
as good as he initally thought due to varied personal reasons and for the
better of the Spire. He now all the more wishes the post for himself as he
believes he has the best interests of the spire at heart and, without
prejudice, the most fit. He is wanting the post for what it is, as a symbol
for the people of the appropriateness of how Magistrates should be and also
wanting it moreso than others whom may just wish to have and flaunt the title
about without the efforts and extra work behind it.
Recently, he has found though his judgments of the people of the land, that
even the dark hearted may have their place.. to a small degree. A few
applicants of that nature have more than impressed him in their progressions.
Though he'd not feel bad personally if something dire did occur to the dark,
as their nature can be corrupt even at the best of times. He has become to
greatly respect some with their commitments to upholding of the law, order
and seeing its way as a necessity. Its better to let them commit to something
which they share a common goal towards the common good, instead of alienating
them to working against the law as many of their kind do for their own gains.
He would gladly do what he could to ensure their success, as it is
appropriate.. Just being more careful in watching to ensure they stick to the
path of law that should be before them. For even some of the light he quickly
finds can act as the darker ones do against him, given their minds are
twisted by what they feels as the "righteous cause". He prays for their
souls, but knows some are lost and use excuses even the darker ones
themselves would use.. with only strands of hope that they may return to
sense and right. He remains vigilant and ever patient to hopefuly see the
rise of the spire once again.
Spire matters/Commitments to Darsylon

Not having the last selection of leadership going as he thought it should be,
Xupreth has taken more time than usual to contemplate his life to date for
any sense of errors or lapse in whats proper in his Judgments. Retreating to
his roots in Darsylon to contemplate, thus far he still cannot figure out
much but feel very let down in the eyes of the Spire. This, and seeing the
way of things nearly remain unchanged and dwindling with one whom he feels is
not quite fit to lead, lead. He understands the mind of the leader may be
decent, but their dedication and commitments to the spire in his mind,
severely lacking, along with their reason for wanting the post being
unacceptable other than for show. Slowly falling into a period of inner
depression for the state he is faced with.. frustration and near aggression
in his words towards certain few has become apparent. He nearly feels the law
may now be even more close to being lost, regardless how hard he or others do
try. Especially with the recent uprisings of enemies at hand with noone about
to make the difference, along with those whom show well to their cause being
unable to properly serve as a Magistrate when he feels they should be.
Passing the time in other ways while he can to clear his head and see what it
might be he wants.
In other matters Xupreth has been increasing his talks to others to lend a
hand where possible, aiding those in their persuits so long as they help the
light. Also, due to recent events in Darsylon, has been thinking of ways to
help the Elves overcome their Orc problem they have been having. He does this
not only to earn favor with Lord Danellaran and the royal family.. but to
help the place which his heritage as well as his family hails from, ensuring
they have the best possible chance of being able to live in peace, from
sensless harm. His heart does feel for them deeply and given recent events of
the spire, it seems like the perfect time to dedicate more time to this
endavour instead until his paths become more clear.
Provost/Accepted by Darsylon

With new found vigor due to the spirit of Khor'Mun, Xupreth has been doing
all he can to ensure the Spire's continuance and influence. Though Khor'Mun
may deny it owed, Xupreth feels an emmense debt of gratitude for his
oversight and hopes he can own up to it one day. Charged with enlisting those
to the cause and ensuring the spire serves as a pinnacle to proper justice.
His spirits raised to an all time high with the law now flourishing with new
life and purpose. Recently he has changed policies to benefit the spire's
purpose and given it new direction and intends to do all he can to have it
remain strong and one of integrity. Hoping one day to prove hmself further to
learn the ways and be accepted as that of the ancient "Blood Guard" for the
ultimate showing of the will of law.
Still travelling to ensure the city is secure he has been seeing to Darsylon,
ensuring it also gets its proper services and respect. On more than one
occassion he has helped to defend it against those wishing it harm, even from
certain adventurers. Finding a recent elf named Ahmahrohtar Hleowloran had
murdered the princess of Darsylon in cold blood, then gloating about it, he
hopes the vileness of the deed will be repented in some form. The crimes
reported, he waits what retribution might come of it. This is not the first
time an elf has acted in such ways against one another and it speaks of
unspeakable twisting, he worries it might be a cause for greater concern.
Also, now finding himself a favored by a known noble house of the royal
family he has begrudgenly taken to let the citizens know of his true name
Xuprethiusalouthias "Ar'dan" Kynasethas. Though for short, for common tongue
he still takes to Xupreth Kynasethas to note his now accepted blood. He is
not the type to expect titles and the like, but as ones are thrust upon him,
he accepts the formalities and knows they are their way of expressing thanks
for efforts. Truly, he aids as the city and his heritage is close to his
heart. Xupreth continues to aid in any way he can to the will of the city
when called for as part of his duty.
Life Events - Personal Thoughts

Progressing throughout life has been a fairly challenging one for Xupreth,
probably moreso than he ever thought possible. Given that and his middle
years now upon him he has been thinking to another side of life. Duty is well
and he hopes to continue doing so, even beyond his current form. However, the
finer points of life he feels may eventually need more attention. Recently
celebrating the blessing Lord Whiysdan offered to the Justiciar, this caused
such thoughts to surface, unintentionally. Although Purmodin swears to
secrecy, Xupreth is still a bit embarassed over the situation but accepts him
as a trusting friend that may eventually well to speak with, even in those
regards.
The thoughts had begun back just before the dwarf, Braham, being married off.
Xupreth had been deeply disturbed after being flirted with and invited to a
"bathhouse" by him. Not opposed to the concept of men or one's gender for
that matter in a mate, Braham was far from an ideal choice.. Mainly given the
abruptness and almost sickening lude behaviors. This experience however,
awakened another part of him.. That one day he would like to have one to
commit to, moreso than just what his duty would permit. After these deeper
thoughts coming to the surface, if anything he found he has become quite fond
of the elven Magistrate, Garthalon. His reasoning and thoughts are that he
finds his mind much like his own. Garthalon has said on many occassions that
he looks up to Xupreth and Xupreth considers him a close kin.. maybe crossing
to the point where he might want wish to explore the concept but feels it
might be inappropriate or Garthalon may not see him that close. Perhaps in
time something may come of it. Knowing its not something easy for elven to
express such emotions their sense of pride and duty tends to get in the way,
he tries to see past that as much as possible.
On a side note, it seems much which Xupreth had thought might have been lost
in a personal level with Purmodin over one's duties to the spire in both
their past, have come to light. Xupreth feels either ammends were given on an
inner nature or they both now see their purpose is not a whole lot different
in the end, with Purmodin ought being as true a friend as one can have. It is
pleasing for Xupreth to admit this as he felt there were hard feelings for a
bit, however justified they may or may not have been. Anything he has done to
this point has been with the best intentions for the better good.
