Description

Five feet in height, this shadowed figure has slender limbs and a lengthy torso that is covered in dark fabric. A hood of special design covers the head of this male dark-elf, only showing gazing red eyes from underneath the shadows of the garment. Nimble fingers constantly flex while hovering over an array of weaponry strategically placed on his body. The hands are free of callousses and you catch a a glimpse of silvery hair that is tied back and long to about waist length. The shadowed figure seems to glide effortlessly as he walks, while ashy skin reveals itself as he subtle moves. Further inspections shows...

Role

Blinding Future

Added Sat Nov 1 21:14:42 2014 at level 11:
"You there! Stop right where you are, I see you!" Shouted the storm giant.

The elf froze in his tracks. He turned toward the giant with a smile on
his face, his teeth gleaming whitely into the reflecting sun.

"Yes sir, how are you? Light bless you this day, sir!" The elf exclaimed.

Quickly, the storm giant slapped the elf swiftly across the face, the impact
resounding through the city streets echoing the fleshy smack that knocked
the elf down to the ground. The storm giant stood hovering over the elf.

"You think me a fool? You are either dumb, or very brave. Time to die,
creature of deception!" The storm giant snatched his axe and brought it down
quickly upon the face of the elf.

Yet there was no impact. The axe blade stopped an inch from the elf's face and
froze in midair as if stuck. The storm giant glared angrily into the eyes
of the elf, that had rapidly change from joy, to a wicked dark glare.

The elf spoke in a demonic tone, deep and booming.

"I am not sure how you can see through my disguise, feeble giant. But it
is truly your first, and last mistake." The elf rose from the ground and
suddenly, his flesh rapidly melted. Beneath the skin was an ebony shade of
flesh, ivory hair, and the body of a dark-elf.

"You may think my kind extinct, but we are in the shadows, and we
will have our time again. It may not be now, or soon, but your
Light is your weakness and blinds you from the Truth. For as long
as your Light shines ever so brightly, it will cast a shadow and
will give us a place to one day snuff our your light!" He shouted.

The dark-elf moved with unholy speed and took the head of the storm
giant in a flash. He quickly closed his eyes, and in the blink of an eye,
had dissappeared only leaving the headless body of the giant behind oozing
blood from the lifeless corpse, as if it had happened out of nowhere...

The beginning of a new Age.

Added Sat Nov 1 21:37:21 2014 at level 12:
The dark-elf appeared in a dark cavern, wet and filled with moisture.
He quickly brushed the last flecks of blood of his robes as he hated how
storm giant blood smelled. They were such gross creatures that were stuck
within the confines of morality. They knew nothing of the power of Will.
He reached into his pocket and pulled out a shiny metal object, covered
in runes that glowed brightly in the dark cave.

A voice echoed from shadows, the source unknown.

"Did you retrieve the Orb of Infinite Magic?"

The dark-elf nodded silently. He grasped the Orb and held it high.

"Yes, it is here. With this powerful item, we will have enough magic
to send one back to the fifth age. Perhaps, with the blessing of the Father
of Devil's, he can put a stop to this new age. I do not think anyone
knew the Light would grow so powerful and destroy almost all evil races
in Thera, bringing upon us this terrible new age." The dark-elf spat.

"Did you have any trouble?" The voice boom off the cavern walls.

"There was some. A storm giant somewhere knew my cover despite the illusion
that had been cast around me. He is dead and laying upon the roads, headless."

"Who would you send on this mission? It is not for the weak of souls."

The dark-elf cackled manically. "My son, of course. Zsarkiln knows of
our peril and he is hidden from the Light and their Divine. He will be
worthy of sending, as I have taught him some of the Dark Knight Creed already."

There was a long pause before the voice spoke again.

"Then he will be our chosen one. However, as there is always a price,
you have failed me. I take it you left behind the body of the storm giant,
where the fools will be able to examine his body and find insight into
his death. Your existence shall be known and will jeopardize our plans."

The drow's eyes went wide. He opened his mouth to speak. A gurgling noise
filled the cavern as blood rapidly spilled from his mouth, his organs destroyed
instantly. His body collapsed on the ground, the last sound his corpse would make.
In a flash, the body dissappeared, reappearing next to the headless corpse
of the storm giant that was showing signs of stiffness.

The voice spoke quietly. "Failure cannot be tolerated. Let thy Will be done."

The Ritual is set.

Added Sat Nov 1 21:57:24 2014 at level 12:
Zsarkiln awoke from a most disturbing dream. His father lay dead on
the ground, lifeless and cold. The most powerful man he knew, dead? It
had to be a nightmare. How could that possibly happen. He looked around
his dark room, cloaked in the most powerful magic, nestled deep
in the haunted woods where the last stand had been made by all
the creatures of darkness. This unholy ground was the only place
the Light had not taken control over, as it was defiled. They watched it
incessantly, but did not approach it, allowing for the cloaking magic to
work.

Zsarkiln went to stand but fell over, toppling head first into the north wall.
His body would not respond, as if frozen and held into place. Suddenly, a
a bodiless voice whispered into his ear.

"The time has come for you to be of use to the Father. I do not care if
you will be enraged at the death of your father. He failed me, and in
turn, it would be wise for you not to do so. As your father trained you,
you will learn the art of the Anti-Paladin and gather souls to stop
the age of Light, this sixth age. It will be up to you to stop this
foolishness before it ever comes to power..."

Zsarkiln felt his body slam into the ground, knocking the wind from his lungs.
Quickly his limbs were locked out, and placed in all four cardinal directions.
A shadowy figure appeared near the south wall, right before Zsarkiln went
blind to the darkness. His blood began to boil from the mana filling his
veins, unnaturral and great in force. The darkness gave way to an Orb
hovering over his body, covered in runes. The runes suddenly expanded around
the whole room, and into his flesh.

"By the unholy power of the Father of Devil's, I send you back through
time to correct the errors of past. Your body will be weak, retrain it
when you are able, if you live through this ritual." The voice stated.

Suddenly, searing pain filled Zsarkiln. He made an effort to scream but
no sound came out as he was enveloped in darkness, passing out from
the excruciating pain.

Zsarkiln could only feel the fire in his limbs, veins, it burned down
to his very soul. Slowly, he opened his left eye, gazing upon the
room. But the room was no longer there. Instead, he lay in a street,
in the shadows near a cloaked figure. He opened both eyes and slowly rose
to his feet. He approached the figure who shouted "You are now allowed in there!"

Zsarkiln spoke softly. "Where is there? And where am I?"

The figure eyed his up and down. "In Hamsah Mu'tazz, the greatest city
in all of Thera. This is the Anti-Paladin guild, and you are not permitted
to enter. It is the Day of Thunder, 24th of the Month of the
Ancient Darkness in the year 1968."

Zsarkiln smirked. He had made it to the Fifth Age.

Goals for this character are as listed, and I am writting these down
to remind myself, and so you all know what I hope to achieve.

1. Create a weapon with at least 25 charges, with a goal of 50 charges.
2. Gain lightning control at least.
3. Join Scarab and hopefully get my first leader character.
4. Get tattooed and learn a religion I have never tried before.
5. Learn wand locations other than sleeks, as they can be hard to get sometimes.
6. Lastly, either age die or con die, do not type delete twice on this character,
regardless of how frustrated or beat down I get.

Hopefully I will accomplish all these goals. Go me!

The Sacraa

Added Sat Nov 8 21:46:35 2014 at level 22:
Zsarkiln met with the Eye of the Scarab, and it was a meeting of
great minds. For the first time, Zsarkiln revealed his existence
to another soul, telling the Eye what he had been through and what
he had hoped to achieve. The Eye was pleased, but wishes Zsarkiln to
grow further in the faith of the Father. He was to research the Sacraa
and research he did.

Finally, a Herald vouched for Zsarkiln and it then he read the unholy
text casting enlightenment further upon him. He learned of the Father, his
beginning, and his Firsts. It was in the text he had come to realize his
purpose after the ritual had sent him back to this Age. He would become
the Flame of the Father, destroying the profane that could not be saved
from their fogs of illusion. He would have to tell the Eye of this when
they were to met again.

Further, he would seek the Father in his place of worship, to begin to
become a symbol of the Father, to learn more of the Ruby Scarab.

A unholy meeting.

Added Wed Nov 12 11:02:17 2014 at level 23:
In the Month of Winter, Zsarkiln found himself in favor of his Lord.
Having found his place of worship, Zsarkiln praised the name of the Father
of Devils and found him within His presence. The Father spoke to him,
guiding him in the first step to his true discovery of his Will.

Lord Scarabaeus told him of the coming of three celestial heptads.
Each lesson will be for the aspects of the Trinity of Shadow, purity,
destruction or truth. Once gathered together, these lessons would form
a small codex that could be distributed to the Profane. The Father of
of Devils warned Zsarkiln to prepare himself for these heptads and to
ready himself for showing his dedication to the application of each
principle. The Father blessed Zsarkiln and sank back into the cold, hard
earth.

Zsarkiln, having met his Lord, finished his worship and left the antechamber,
ready to show his faith entirely.

The family of Killt'delkarhm.

Added Sun Nov 23 20:44:47 2014 at level 33:
The history of the famile of Killt'delkharm is interesting, although
brief as their existence is somewhat of a myth.

The family is rumored to originate from the drow city of
Teth Azeleth, although how they escaped the matriarch hiearchy is
told to be around the quest for power. They were nobles, of the
magic users, and possible descents of the Violet Spider, but
many believe that to be a lie told to boost their family name.

Known for their aggressive murders of their rivals, the drow
tongue added the whispers of "Killt" to the true family name
of Delkarhm. Through generations of power wizards, the name became
one sound, although with a pause to accentuate the base name.

Before he was slayed for his failure in the next age, Zsarkiln's
father grew to a power little knew. His mastery of magic was only
rivaled with the power of the Divine. Some said that with time he
would likely ascend to Asgaard itself from his sheer enormity. The
dark voice in the cave would end this before it could be realized.

Zsarkiln was trained as an anti-paladin to master both the
physical and magic, so that he had potential to be even more powerful
than his god-like father. He carries the name with pride.
