Carrion Fields

'ARTFUL PREY' (3337)

Goblin Raiders can leverage their small size and relative weakness by robbing
their opponents while they are being victimized. Raiders that have learned this
automatic skill can pick the pockets of combatants that are bashing them or
performing other close-quarter maneuvers upon them. They also have a chance to
counter-steal from thieves they can see who are stealing from them. This skill
has made Raiders an onerous force for their enemies.

This skill only works against PCs and not NPCs/mobiles.
